Hi Sarah...Your hair always looks lovely as do you- we have to raise the bar amongst us women. Where beauty is concerned its about what makes you fell good and comfortable right. I was going to say something when you purchased the innocent smoothie but I just thought its not my place to say anything so I am pleased you have watched that programme- a lot of the old weight loss is about understanding food and what it does to us- I always stick with trying to eat as much of it in its natural form and it sort of works oh and moderation that's the key! I hate it when people say 'that's lush' hate that word when used that way- no idea why!! I wondered have you tried clear waterproof mascara - should work for you? Sweetest Blessings Mand XOXO

Hey lady s i am still up at this ridulous hour my eldest elise has been very poorly with a really bad viral chest infection which then developed i to the flu flu and omg gas she been a patient and a half since 3 days before the new year . Of course i have been panderi g to her every need yet i am not meant to be exposing myself to her germs with my lack of immunity despite me having my flu and covid injection. I could be doing with a drop of gin at the minute i am currently making elise a hot drink and giving her nect dose of meds i mean she is 20 but you would be forgiven for thi king she was about 2. I dont wish to tempt fate but i think she maybe on the first step to actual recovery which i sincerely hope so for my sanity. I have been dozing when she sleeps so i am all over the place. Penni is working long shifts and is back at college and anabelle heads back tommorrow home friday and off to austria skiing on saturday with her ih and his man friend lol. for 10 days . then when she returns penni and matthew head to austria also for 10 days skiing. elise is more or a home bird she hasnt got the travel bug like the other pair even when her dad offered to pay for her to go she wasnt convinced. She is just happy to be all cosy and snuggly at home in her own wee enviroment enjoying it just being her and me without the hassle and noise of the other pair. So disappointed you are on the move all good things come to a end i know you will miss the kitty terribly but het ho new year and a step nearer to getting your own place .Madame is requesting her cuppa so i better dance attention asap. I know what it's like to be ill over Crimbo/New Year 💕 And make sure you don't come down with it too- keep yourself topped up with vitamins etc! I agree that it's fab to go away sometimes, but also so calming & relaxing to stay home (just as good as a holiday at times). I love all the names of your daughters btw - really timeless and pretty. My mother has offered to pay for ozempic for me for a few months so am going to do a little chatty video on that & a Primark haul if they have the bits I'm after! And yes, it was such a charming sit and I didn't really want to leave, but shorter commute from next sits which are coming up soon, and I'll be in Southampton at some point too. Xxxx
