I’m finding growing beers a bit hit and miss. Any wind and the leaves just wilt, but recover later in the day when it gets cooler. I’m growing another batch in a low poly tunnel in semi shade, and the beets seem to prefer cooler conditions out of the wind. So hoping for success this time. Like your videos and have subscribed.

Our favorite is to just steam them (in a steamer basket above a boiling water pan). You can find plenty online.
