Since I was applying them thick to demonstrate the pigment it seeped in a little and then I got that alarming taste which DID go away and wasn’t an issue after that initial application.
These are all incredibly beautiful and right up my alley as far as formula! I want them all, but if I had to choose one it would be sleepy girl. That’s the type of shade I tend to collect!😂
The Bioderma Sensibio H2O! It’s my favorite micellar water and I’ve been using it for years. I also use the Shiseiso cotton pads, which are unfortunately the softest ones I’ve tried. If you have really sensitive skin (or think you’ll need to take off cheek makeup 4 times in a row), soft cotton pads also make a big difference.

Sleep, mostly 😅 but truly, finding the balance of supplements that works best with my triggers. A ton of anecdotal stuff in the next paragraph. My biggest trigger is stress and I have found GABA to be really helpful with that (as well as life management stuff). I get headaches easily and those can spiral into migraines during the perfect storm, and my headache triggers are things like being dehydrated, not eating balanced meals on time, and not sleeping enough. I’ve found an electrolyte powder that works well for me (some with added B vitamins make it worse, I just need salts), I take Magnesium Glycinate twice a day, and try to have protein and fat for breakfast because simple carbs won’t keep me satiated and that can go poorly. I have one of those compression head wraps you can put in the freezer for pain management during and that’s incredible. Drinking cold cold cold things can help with vagal nerve reset (hit or miss but worth a try). One of those pillows with the head depression has helped because I will tense my shoulders in my sleep and that will pinch a nerve in my neck/shoulders that can exacerbate my migraines. So really it’s been about finding the things that keep me from getting them. Once I’m there, it’s just a dark room until it’s over.
Hopefully mine arrive monday (im in the uk). Im so sad seeing 8383838 influencers get them for free despite being rich n i have to pay😅😅😔😔😔 i could only afford 2 blushes n one new lip tint

Fruit juice is beautiful!! Very brightening but still soft. I really hated those super pigment blushes.
