I absolutely agree. There are so many forms of escapism, and yes, social media can be one of the more easily accessible ones, but there are healthy ways to use it-I plan on making a video that touches on this very topic in the near future. I think it’s extremely important to first have a secure relationship with yourself, but I also know it takes time to get there. Facing yourself can feel scary, but it is one of life’s greatest rewards!
