The song is about leaving your mark on life, working towards your dreams and not coming to the end of your life with regrets over what you didn't accomplish. The grey haired man in the audience is an aged Dimash. Putting into visuals something he said a long time ago that eventually his career will end and he will leave the stage to sit amongst the audience and when that happens he wants to know that he can look people in the eye without shame of things he may have done wrong in the past. That he lived his life in a good way.
it's so true, this song....I cry again to see that Dimash will be old, one day.....Tks for all your reacts to Dimash, take care and have a good X-Mas ! See you again in 2025 !!!❤❤❤ From Quebec, Canada xox
Dimash is like no other artist in today's times. He's very serious, introspective, spiritual, philosophical, wise beyond his years, an old soul, so to speak; yet, he also has a fun and humorous side. This piece is about life, achieving dreams, how we lived during life's journey, how we will be remembered. Dimash has often said in interviews that this career is temporary, at some point he will leave the stage and sit in the audience, and he wants to be able to look people in the eye - repeated Deb Morgan's comment. I think that's symbolically represented with an old Dimash in the audience, looking in his eye to each person, flashing backwards through time. One of the faces is Rassul BTW, one of his backup singers. The historic people on the balcony are real, accomplished Kazakhstanis who left a legacy for future generations. This is such a poignant song. ♥️ Thanks for your reaction. Wishing you and your family Merry Christmas 🎄 and a Happy New Year!!
I love this song and the sentiments. I don’t think any of the audience were related to him. He was telling the youth to not waste time, if they have a dream, then go ahead and try to achieve it, The people in the balcony were famous people in Kazakh history whose star lives on, I believe. The old man at the end was meant to be Dimash. He has said that when he ends his stage career, he wants to be able to sit in the audience and know he has done his best with his life. I haven’t heard this song in a long time, so thank you,
Thank you for your sincere reaction. This song was deeply emotional and showed the important figures in Kazakhstan history. Yes, Dimash even “aged” himself at the end. He always projects so much emotion, especially when he sang in his native Kazakh. 😊❤

What unites all the people in the hall is “Him”, the image of a man who is timeless. I always enjoy how Dimash selects songs deep with meaning and inspiration. Showing Kazakh people of various ages and historic periods gives a snapshot of life as he knows it in Kazakhstan. And as everyone ages, isn’t it good to emulate the achievements of mankind as exemplified by the ancient ones? It’s like: let’s make life meaningful and fulfilling. Love Dimash and your reactions!! Thanks!!!❤️❤️❤️
Эта философская композиция, о смысле и скоротечности жизни, о том, что не нужно отказываться от своей мечты и жить полнокровной жизнь согласно с волей Всевышнего.. Спасибо за реакцию. 😊❤❤❤
This is one of my favorite Dimash songs. He first performed it in his digital concert and then it took what seemed like forever for him to release this MV. Sadly, he does not do it in concert.
Pjesma je nevjerojatna Svaki njegov MV je prica za sebe. Zao mi je sto je ne pjeva na koncertima. Stvarno se nebi trebala skrivati. Jos jedno velik remmmek djelo. Bravo Dimash i kompletna ekipa. Pozdrav iz Hrvatske male zemlje velikih raznolikosti i najlijepseg mora Jadrana. Tko nevijeruje neka dodje i uvijeri se.❤❤❤

Thank you for the concern. We are entertaining family right now. I'll be back to making videos on Tuesday, after they're safely on the plane.
I also came to check on Paul today. 😊
