Green tea has caffeine so I would have it during the day (before 2 pm) and the almonds at night just as a heads up I also recommend Turning things like "eye comfort shield on (blue light filter) and having more orange lights around your house approx 1 hour before bed. These particular things helped reduce severe insomnia greatly also turning off a TV earlier(or at the very least turning down it's brightness)

I’ve been taking a triple blend Magnesium called MagEnhance for a while now and recently incorporated Olly sleep gummies with melatonin and L-Theanine along with a natural Test supplement and I have to say it’s a damn good cocktail for sleep! Within an hour of taking them I’m ready for some shuteye!
Green tea sure but it still has caffeine in it make sure you seep the teabag for 1 min after 1 min tip the hot water out and pour hot water back into the cup with teabag still in cup.
@JeanGuzowski actually all decaffeinated drinks have a small amount of caffeine. If you truly have issues sleeping caffeine is a problem for most people and never a good idea before bedtime . Maybe drink early in the day.
This reminds me of people calling alcohol a Central nervous system depressant. It's such a general statement! Like saying you've got a chemical imbalance.

Green tea only has about 29mg per 8oz; coffee has about 95 mg / 8oz
