- Hello everyone.
Today, I'm going to give you a relaxation massage to take care of muscle tension around the spine, such as the back and lower back. The muscles around the spine (erector spinae) can easily become tense and stiff, especially now that more and more people are working from home.
This time, I used a slow rhythm of acupressure to relieve the tension, and also used a muscle massage roller to give a deep massage.
I hope this video will help you relax and get to sleep.
