Windsurf Classic Part 1 - WSMA World Cup Scheveningen 1983

Classic VHS 1983 windsurf video - The WSMA Windsurf World Cup (before PWA formed) at Scheveningen was the first World Cup Event i saw on TV. Fantastic in its day with the Le mans start for slalom in gale force winds. Just loved the way Robby comes in from winning the slalom and grabs his waveboard and gets some big upside down jumps.

I loved this video as it showed the European Scene of windsurfing and how strong it was and how the conditions were just so different from Hawaiian sailing.
