HEY JONATHAN, Thank you, and thank you too David for making this happen. Please let me know all my mistakes on the filing locations and any other info I might have left out! Please follow "The Goonies House on all Social media linktr.ee/behmanz
Ya gotta do it Jay. Technically you should have had to do it before you went in. But it’s too late for that. Them’s the rules. I don’t make ‘em, but the chat enforces them.
9:21 the inferno came out of cave at goat rock state beach in California. The orv is a replica signed by cast during 25th anniversary. I was there. This video makes me miss my west coast "summer place" just north of Astoria. I'm a Goonie that's been to many anniversaries since 2010..🏴☠️
This is Absolutely Amazing! Really this is awesome, Jay. I'm happy that you got to experience this. I hope they invite you back once all the renovatins are done back to the way the house looked in the movie. Oh my gosh that dog at the end lol.
Big thanks to Behman for this! I went to the house in 2014, so shortly before he purchased it I think - and of COURSE, as anyone would, I wanted to see the inside but it wasn't open to the public. Alas. But this is nice - getting to see what I missed! Astoria by the way is my absolute favorite place in the U.S. - it's SO beautiful, I love hearing the seals down at the docks, the sea mist, the views. It's amazing. If I still lived in the U.S. I would adore living there.
Baby Ruth?! Rocky Road?! This was really cool to watch. The house tour was & museum was dope! Jay out here living the dream & you love to see it! Goonies never say die.
I was in Astoria a couple of years ago. Beautiful city. The Goonies House was the pinnacle of my road trip. The jail in the movie was a real jail and turned into a museum. The jeep is a replica decked out like the one in the film.
Hope you visit again, Jay. The Oregon coast has a lot to see and all of it is beautiful. Next time, be sure to check out Ecola and Seaside. And especially Fort Stevens State Park. There are old military installations to check out, and the best part is on the beach: the decaying remains of the Peter Iredale ship.
I might need to see the goonies again. I'm impressed with the production quality of this video. You can tell Jay is having a blast which makes it so much more fun to watch!
Only Jay would accidentally call the famous Haystack Rock “Hat Sack Rock.”🪨 9:04 😂Never change, Jay. You continue to surprise me and bring a smile to my face.
Jay is a fucking saint! He is the best of us. Took me back to when I was a kid and I watched this movie till the tape broke and I had to use a screw driver to open it up and fix it
Awesome video Jay! Really enjoyed seeing the famous spots and scenes from the movie. Glad you got to have this experience man. 80’s movies rule. Goonies never say die! 🙂
It’s always been my dream to buy that house . Took my kids to see it and the old owner ran us off lol . Can’t believe how the house was changed it should have been left exactly how it was purchased . It’s almost sacrilegious what the lady did to that place . Glad someone finally owns it that understands all of us crazed goonie fans ! Haha
I remember seeing this house for sale a few years ago, and was bummed that someone else bought it before I could win the lottery, then I would buy it and restore it to its original condition. Turns out the right guy bought it after all.
❤ loved the movie ❤ This is so awesome Jay!!!!! Thank you so much. I love these videos. I haven't stopped grinning since I started watching. Thank you Jay, such great memories. You are the best.

I would need to see that attic. Just in case. 🏴☠💀🏴☠ EDIT - The fish mitt was below the coffee cups and to the right of the paper towels beside the stove. Also, No Diggnity is made by Pigeon Hill Brewing Company.
What a fantastic experience. Another cool house tour to do is the Field of Dreams house in Iowa. It's a gorgeous attraction and there's a field that was built next to the field from the film. Check that out when you get a chance. Love the vlogs Jay
@@JayWalkingthePlanet Yea I haven't been eiether but I've seen other vlogs of it and they keep it 100% authentic to the film room by room. It's actually never for sale and preserved for tours only

Glad to see the house will be fully restored to how it looks in the movie, similar to what they did with the A Christmas Story house.
Man, this was so awesome to see. My family and I have always loved the Goonies. Definitely adding this to the bucket list. Goonies never say die!
Hey Canman we gotta get a group to go
@@JayWalkingthePlanetYes! That would be awesome. I'd even be willing to do the Truffle Shuffle. 😂
I love that he bought the house and embraces everything with it!
So good the current owners are being hospitable to fans unlike the previous ones. Great to see

That was fun, Jay. Thanks for bringing us along. I don't know if you're a fan of the movie "Short Circuit", but that house is in Astoria, also.
This is what the people who own the Home Alone house need to do
Such a cool house, jealous!
The Goonies is one of the greatest movies ever made. I need to make my way out there myself.

That doggo at the end though, very reminiscent of the dog running through the scenes of the Junkaroo in the 1965 James Bond film 'Thunderball' 😇🐶
