"They are getting comfortable" this is news? Why are they so shocked? Businesses are giving up calling police because it takes them hours to arrive because they don't have enough officers. The city is no longer safe, I will no longer go to Carousel mall. Put the money in the police force, cleaning up the city, not an aquarium.

All those programs don't work..its just a cycle of bad morals.. no respect..they want everything free..

Why give up your freedom that is what government wants..the fear factor and control of people
