How is it possible to mount components on heat up solder paste, as a engineer I never heard of this anywhere .. the machine which was told heater in this video is actually a printer, in which actually solder paste is printed and before this machine there is loader where operator loads the PCBs fixed in jigs .. Please verify before posting .. 😮
Work ethics are followed very loosely here as compared to any manufacturing unit in China. No workers are wearing gloves also some workers are handling without gloves, some are even without hair coverings.
