That girl being Philia seems like a stretch. Philia typically wears light blue. I don't think they intended for that to be her and it's just a random low detailed character with a similar hair color and style. I think they'd give a character like her more detail than that...
And they'd probably show Strea at some point too if they were going to show Philia. i think this is just fans hoping and wishing for Philia to be in the show. We all want her and Strea and other game characters. but it seems like the writers don't care about these characters enough, which is a shame.
Maybe they might get some screen time in the next Progressive movie?
Isn't Strea their daughter? She's Yui's younger sister so I thought she would appear later
