when you play Kazakus and put together a potion, the two effects that you choose are presented to you as spells. they're then combined into one spell, but it's possible the coding behind it still remembers that it's a combination of two separate spells. so Solar Eclipse doubles the 5-mana Kazakus potion but also doubles the spells it contains. or at least that's my best guess as to how this bug can happen
moonfang's effect reduces any damage to 1. it reduced the eye beam to 1 damage. but mo'arg's effect doubles all damage against minions. so moonfang took 1 like it was supposed to, the 1 was just doubled. 1x2=2
You are wrong and so is blizzard, "all minions takes double damage from spell", so eye beam instead of doing 3 it is doing 6 but moonfang can only take one damage at a time so even if eye beam does 6, moonfang should only take one. Blizzard needs to fix this because this is an obvious mistake.

It's a bug, double spell effects (like Electra Stormsurge and Solar Eclipse) will cause Kazakus's potions to cast 4 times.
