When it comes to Mortal Kombat which is my favourite video game franchise of all time I’ve went back playing both MK9 & MKX recently. Yeah I would love to see a Street Fighter & Mortal Kombat crossover happen in the future for sure! Unfortunately I doubt it’ll happen but you never know. I also feel Mortal Kombat needs a long hiatus & just release the classic games from the 90’s on a MK Collection for the current consoles kind of like what Capcom did with the old classic street fighter games a few years ago. I know it’s unlikely but I wish John Tobias & Ed Boon would work together again for Mortal Kombat.
Yeah but I'd rather see him in tekken and nanco have a history of some very interesting if controversial implementations of thier guest characters while csocim tend to just reinvent the wheel

I think what needs to happen is NRS and WB pulling their heads out of their cheeks, admit how hard they screwed up and if they decide to make another MK game, they need to be way more open to feedback instead of being like “Oh Hey this is mk1, this is the kameo system, this is the combat’s speed, have fun… wait, you have issues with it? Well, it’s already done hehe *scratches head*”. No, they should send out a survey and ask for feedback. Not some rate these things from 1-10, but a detailed one, because i’m pretty sure we can write novels about it. NRS made MKX, they have the formula. They made MK11 the best looking fighting game to date, they have the formula. They have everything they need for success, now all they need is to pay attention to us instead of just expecting us to mindlessly pay money to them. It was proven by MK1 that it doesn’t work. Will it happen? Idk, i have hope that even WB is money hungry enough to care, because they couldn’t sell garbage too well.
Tbh the average MK game sells millions including MK1. I could be wrong but I sincerely doubt even 1 million people could even tell you scorpion’s name…or Bi-Han, or Kuai Liang or whoever. So long as sub is the ice guy who freezes ppl and slides and stuff…and scorpion is the yellow fiery ninja that teleports and does the get over here thing, most folks will be good. I’m not exactly sure the evolution of their characters is why the franchise is in dire straits…. Maybe I’m off base but that stuff is neither here nor there…the package/product needs to be one of value like previous ones. That’s all. We’re unlikely to get the same time and money put into nrs games the way we’ve been used to cause the people who own it are in a severe financial crisis and they are desperate to get out of that situation asap…and are approaching that problem with zero restraint and finesse. MK as a franchise will likely just be strangled till it dies; the people strangling it hoping it somehow helps cause they don’t know what else to do….
Honestly brother mortal Kombat hasn't been the same since MK9. I enjoyed MKX but didn't like the three variants system. Mortal Kombat lost the fun hokeness and cool Saturday morning designs for characters. An mortal Kombat put itself in the same predicament as soul Calibur. In the sense that it's just guess characters the game. Don't get me wrong I love me a guest character but they're doing it too much. And if scorpion shows up in Tekken 8 I want it to be deadly alliance scorpion.
From a gameplay perspective, I really struggle to imagine either sub or scorp in tekken. You mentioned scorps spear being restricted to combo extenders, but what would it do in neutral? I dont think they would make it just not work. It would have to have some effect. I think maybe if it worked but was blockable, high, and slow enough to react to, it could maybe work, but I could still imagine it becoming controversial.
I don’t think SF which is somewhat family friendly would collab with Rated-R game especially with Japanese strict rating laws. What would save MK is a straight up reboot. No time travel, no multiverse, not sending Raiden back in time like MK9. I mean full on modern remake of og MK1-3 where the tournament is the main plot theme.
WB would never green light another competitor monetizing a character from their IP. Regardless of how the next mortal kombat game pans out. Were still unfortunately gonna have to endure the crappy story arc and merging timelines once again. Realistically everyones expectations should be low for NRS next project.
these collabs normally take forever to get done mainly because of licensing deals. I dont think NRS had had the time to sign a licensing deal with Capcom and Bamco in the short lifetime of MK1. If this collab happens that would mean that this deal was in the works for a long time and it's not some Hail Mary attempt to save a struggling game. I would be shocked if this happens, but who knows, they may yet surprise us.
Fam what do you mean, SF6, Guilty Gear, KOF, ect they're doing great. Even Tekken 8 doing good still, only games not doing good are Sparking Zero, and MK1.
If I want Sub or Scorpion in any fighting game as a guest, they have to be Hanzo Scorpion or Kuai Liang Sub. I don’t like what they did with Scorpion and Sub in M1K, especially with Kuai marrying Harumi. Hanzo never gets to be happy with his wife and kid.
I'm not a MK fan nor know anything much about it but I'd only agree with this topic if NRS was doing a good job with the current game which they're not. NRS need to fix up first before getting Bandai/Capcom to save their asses
One of my friends went to one of the MK tournaments in Chicago (the MK finals), I think it was around May if I remember correctly. And she told me that while she was sitting somewhere, she saw people were waiting in line to get an autograph from Ed Boon. And at some point, she saw him leaving while he was backstage while people were waiting in line, excited to talk to him. Then he came hours later as if nothing had happened. I think that pretty much sums up how NRS as a whole views us. Pretty sad honestly and since I heard that, I've lost respect for Ed.
I think Scorpion or Sub zero being a guest in Tekken 8 will help both games. I think Scorpion would be more likely but I prefer Sub cuz he’s my favorite MK character
A Mortal Kombat character in Street Fighter would be neat but a crossover that makes a lot of sense, is very doable and fits the gameplay of Tekken 8 would be a modern version of Nightmare, complete with a new version of "Raise Thy Sword" as his stage theme.
Bandai-Namco and Capcom are Japanese companies, most japanese franchises and IP's will rarely feature characters from other countries, they just prefer it that way. Outside Capcom working together with Marvel it's a rarity. And the reason how that came to happen is a story that is far too long and complex to tell here.
sigh... can we not always rush to "they gotta do guest characters" everytime when a fighting game sees a dip in playerbase or as a vain appeal to casuals. I'm so sick of this era of guest characters in literally every single fighting game series (honestly give me 1 current day fighting game series, aside from DNF duel, which doesn't have guest characters). i don't want fricking MK characters in Tekken or SF, or any other guest character for that matter. I like Tekken and SF because of it's own original characters, i thought we all did, but it feels everyone is constantly only asking for some other random crap.
Well, it's more just dealing with the reality of the situation. A few guests here and there are fine and it's good for the games longevity if the guests are mega popular which is good for the players. Guests were always welcomed in fighting games. Just look at Soulcaliburs history who really pioneered it. It's just MK went overboard and added 6 in the space of two packs.
It doesn't matter what YOU want dog. If you're in any way really a fighting game fan you should be able to realize how MASSIVE a crossover with MK would be for either game, given MK is just as iconic and more popular with the casual fans. Besides, if they pick the right character to fit the game I dont see a problem. All im getting from this comment is you don't like MK but like the other two. Guest characters are crucial to these games as well, you don't have to like it but it's true. The fact is fighting games are far less popular than other games, guests bring in new people, simple as that. It's the same reason every CoD and Fortnite has crossovers.

Every guest character could have been an hype original character which could have been a mainstay for the series. Guest character pretty much never return in subsequent entries, and often also mean that the people who played soulcalibur 2 for link for example, had no reason to play any game after it. Also, didn't most of us start playing fighting games cause we were interested in these cool original characters, since when started people talking like guest characters are the only way to get casual people into any given series? Even if guests are welcomed by most of the FGC, me personally, i'm completely sick of it. If a series needs to bring in a bunch of 3rd party characters to be successful, id rather it just die off. Like, just make your own OG characters cooler man, if you can't do that, then maybe you just suck at making games. Rather it just stops at a high point, then become a weird hybrid zombie version of itself with all of it's aesthetic and designs changed to appeal to some nebulous "casual audience". for example I already dislike how much omni man, homelander & peacemaker clash with M1K chinese martial arts-esque aesthetic. Just cause it means casual people might buy it, doesn't mean i have to like it. I want Raiden in Tekken. Aside from Raiden being my favorite MK character, I can imagine his interactions with other lightning users like Heihachi, Kazuya, Jin etc. Would be so sick. For Street Fighter, I don’t want fire characters so Liu Kang, Shang Tsung, Scorpion are no nos (for me personally). The game has an over abundance of those if you ask me. I think Sub Zero. SF doesn’t really have dedicated ice characters aside from Kolin who’s not in SF6 and she was only playable once. And Gill is a mix of both he’s also not in SF6. So Sub Zero in SF6 imo. dragon's dogma 2 is broken via update as it keeps going into black,so far there's no fixes as this is on PC while for consoles are not,PC needs more testing for startup and still on blank screen,it wasted 6 hours of my time doing a workaround for it,this week i played dd2 and the next day it refused to play and remained in blank screen,for pc users avoid it till they fix it,or just ignore the DD games as they're problematic including the RE/reach for the moon engine graphics.

I don’t think WB would make that offer or accept it at a reasonable price. If they did, that would be a good sign of their willingness to play ball for their series. Any collab would help at this point.

The alternative would be to put in certain Darkstalkers characters since they have a history of being in ultraviolent imagery. Jedah, Zombie (Raptor/Zabel), and Donovan Baine would be perfect in a game like Mortal Kombat.
MK1 is dead. Anyone that says otherwise is coping. MK1 is the worst MK has been since MK Special Forces 24 years ago. I would love Scorpion coming to T8 but I don't see it happening in any timeline in any universe ever. It would also be great if it was actually Hanzo.

As awesome as Sub Zero and Scorpion would be I do not think they have as much broad appeal sadly. I also hope the talk of it being a Virtua Fighter character are not true because I think that now is even less the proper timing for a VF character and that it they would have a lukewarm response. They need the character to be packaged right, not be to polarizing, and bring HYPE to Tekken in such a level where not only lapsed players return but hopefully a fair amount of new players will join us. They just need to give up on the fighting game genre. WB expects them to do numbers that fighting games can't sustain. That combined with their lack of attention to detail and balance means they could make more money doing another genre. They spend so much effort on story and worldbuilding, why not make just make another game like MK Shaolin Monks or other beat em up or platinum-style games? It allows everyone to just get what everyone likes the most about MK without having to worry about all the intricacies and polish that a fighting game needs. If they want to stay in the genre and thrive, they'd need another publisher that knows fighting games and just reset everything from the ground up. MK characters are amazing, but the mechanics are fundamentally broken. Without fatalities, the game would've died a long time ago.

Nah. Guest characters are actually a big part of the reason MK tanked imo, and I think Capcom definitely recognizes that. The SF community wants SF characters in their SF game. Bamco on the other hand is willing to do literally anything if they think it will be financially lucrative, so chucking an MK character in T8 wouldn’t be too surprising.
@ they did, but that’s something that has already happened before. SF and SNK have collaborated in entire releases, and they make sense because of how similar the characters background is (2D planes, sprites, design, etc.). I’ll try to give an example here: 2B gets thrown into seemingly everything right now, she was even in Soul Calibur VI. That character fits the mold of a game like that, not perfectly, but enough. She’s in GBFantasy. She’s represented in Stellar Blade. She’s in Nikke: Goddess of Victory. All good. Then she’s also randomly (and terribly) represented in R6Siege? I don’t know anyone that was excited for that. Putting Scorpion in SF or Tekken is not something I think anyone really cares about enough for it to save MK’s reputation. It’s just more Fortnite-ification of the gaming space, and I’m not sure anyone really wants that. I could be wrong though, but as someone who swore off MK after the absolute disaster that was MK1, I admittedly am apathetic to it now, which is the opposite of love really.
I don't see it happening, nor do I care for it. Would rather the dev teams get their games balance under control and monetization (Tekken sorting out the battle/character pass, Streer Fighter getting costumes) to a point that would make the player base happy. Then give em the guests.
I actually think Tekken characters like Devil Jin Kazuya Bryan work better in the Mk Universe than having Mk come to Tekken. Lol and I also love Gt even better than super.
Now Mortal Kombat is already dead to me as someone who has been a fan since I was first able to even remember anything as a child, but I am not letting my angry consumer bias slip in when I say this: Don't get your hopes up. And by that I mean don't build up hype that will inevitably lead to disappointment. WB has pretty much given up on MK and are having to gut assets right now with Netherrealm looking like it's lined up for the chopping block. We'll probably see MK again, but when we do it will likely be with a different publisher and a radically different direction. As for MK1, even if SF6 or Tekken were open to cameo characters, it would be happening at a time where half the community is beginning to despise how cameos are taking up roster spaces that could be reserved for mainstay characters and we're seeing that in all three communities whether we are talking MK, SF or Tekken. Not to mention, most people would probably see it as marketing for MK1 and many have already had their positions on the game set in stone. MK1 is a game I can confidently say won't bring me back and I am not open to it either; they have already spit in my face as a lifelong fan and they're going to have to suffer through the consequences of their actions for a while before I am open to buying anymore of their games. If Tekken and Street Fighter have any sort of crossover with MK1, I would like for it to be with a different game and not this one. I'm not opposed to the idea, just when it would be happening. In this case, not right now. PS: Personally I would like Scorpion or Johnny Cage to make their way into SF6.
Nah. Shadow of the Erdtree is basically a whole new game which is why there was so much conversation around it. Tekken and MKs expansions are too tiny and don't have enough content. Totally different realm.

I would love capcom to make a mortal kombat game . With street fighter 6 style graphics. The only downside would be capcom would upset People who only play MK for it's violence . It'll never happen and it wouldn't work. Some characters have been designed with holes specifically to be covered by a Kameo. They'd need to rebalance the entire game.
I'm tired asf of ppl asking for Injustice 3 too. Franchise is garbage, characters wonky, everybody has strong projectiles except a few, story is garbage, ppl ask for it right away too. SF6 and Tekken 8 would crush that game as well.

Mortal Kombat has a weird, confusing and messy story and has a ton of gore which makes a generation today whos not into Mortal Kombat compared to a previous generation who favored it. Characters from Mortal Kombat crossing over into any popular game franchise now or later won't save it.
I play Tekken 7 and Street fighter 5 and encourage others to do the same. If you want developers to see that people miss the old games when MK, Tekken, and SF were competitive and great, play the old games and leave trash MK1, T8, and SF6 alone.

I think what needs to happen is NRS and WB pulling their heads out of their cheeks, admit how hard they screwed up and if they decide to make another MK game, they need to be way more open to feedback instead of being like “Oh Hey this is mk1, this is the kameo system, this is the combat’s speed, have fun… wait, you have issues with it? Well, it’s already done hehe *scratches head*”. No, they should send out a survey and ask for feedback. Not some rate these things from 1-10, but a detailed one, because i’m pretty sure we can write novels about it. NRS made MKX, they have the formula. They made MK11 the best looking fighting game to date, they have the formula. They have everything they need for success, now all they need is to pay attention to us instead of just expecting us to mindlessly pay money to them. It was proven by MK1 that it doesn’t work. Will it happen? Idk, i have hope that even WB is money hungry enough to care, because they couldn’t sell garbage too well.
Tbh the average MK game sells millions including MK1. I could be wrong but I sincerely doubt even 1 million people could even tell you scorpion’s name…or Bi-Han, or Kuai Liang or whoever. So long as sub is the ice guy who freezes ppl and slides and stuff…and scorpion is the yellow fiery ninja that teleports and does the get over here thing, most folks will be good. I’m not exactly sure the evolution of their characters is why the franchise is in dire straits…. Maybe I’m off base but that stuff is neither here nor there…the package/product needs to be one of value like previous ones. That’s all. We’re unlikely to get the same time and money put into nrs games the way we’ve been used to cause the people who own it are in a severe financial crisis and they are desperate to get out of that situation asap…and are approaching that problem with zero restraint and finesse. MK as a franchise will likely just be strangled till it dies; the people strangling it hoping it somehow helps cause they don’t know what else to do….
Tbh, since I’ve seen what our “new” Big 3 can do in terms of animations, I’d much rather see Guilty Gear take a MK character as a guest.
Honestly brother mortal Kombat hasn't been the same since MK9. I enjoyed MKX but didn't like the three variants system. Mortal Kombat lost the fun hokeness and cool Saturday morning designs for characters. An mortal Kombat put itself in the same predicament as soul Calibur. In the sense that it's just guess characters the game. Don't get me wrong I love me a guest character but they're doing it too much. And if scorpion shows up in Tekken 8 I want it to be deadly alliance scorpion.

From a gameplay perspective, I really struggle to imagine either sub or scorp in tekken. You mentioned scorps spear being restricted to combo extenders, but what would it do in neutral? I dont think they would make it just not work. It would have to have some effect. I think maybe if it worked but was blockable, high, and slow enough to react to, it could maybe work, but I could still imagine it becoming controversial.
I don’t think SF which is somewhat family friendly would collab with Rated-R game especially with Japanese strict rating laws.
What would save MK is a straight up reboot. No time travel, no multiverse, not sending Raiden back in time like MK9.

these collabs normally take forever to get done mainly because of licensing deals. I dont think NRS had had the time to sign a licensing deal with Capcom and Bamco in the short lifetime of MK1. If this collab happens that would mean that this deal was in the works for a long time and it's not some Hail Mary attempt to save a struggling game. I would be shocked if this happens, but who knows, they may yet surprise us.

If I want Sub or Scorpion in any fighting game as a guest, they have to be Hanzo Scorpion or Kuai Liang Sub. I don’t like what they did with Scorpion and Sub in M1K, especially with Kuai marrying Harumi. Hanzo never gets to be happy with his wife and kid.
Mortal Kombat has the crossover weakness of having blood and gore which isn't a common stylistic decision in other fighting games.
I'm not a MK fan nor know anything much about it but I'd only agree with this topic if NRS was doing a good job with the current game which they're not. NRS need to fix up first before getting Bandai/Capcom to save their asses
One of my friends went to one of the MK tournaments in Chicago (the MK finals), I think it was around May if I remember correctly. And she told me that while she was sitting somewhere, she saw people were waiting in line to get an autograph from Ed Boon. And at some point, she saw him leaving while he was backstage while people were waiting in line, excited to talk to him. Then he came hours later as if nothing had happened. I think that pretty much sums up how NRS as a whole views us. Pretty sad honestly and since I heard that, I've lost respect for Ed.

A Mortal Kombat character in Street Fighter would be neat but a crossover that makes a lot of sense, is very doable and fits the gameplay of Tekken 8 would be a modern version of Nightmare, complete with a new version of "Raise Thy Sword" as his stage theme.

Bandai-Namco and Capcom are Japanese companies, most japanese franchises and IP's will rarely feature characters from other countries, they just prefer it that way.
Outside Capcom working together with Marvel it's a rarity.
And the reason how that came to happen is a story that is far too long and complex to tell here.
sigh... can we not always rush to "they gotta do guest characters" everytime when a fighting game sees a dip in playerbase or as a vain appeal to casuals. I'm so sick of this era of guest characters in literally every single fighting game series (honestly give me 1 current day fighting game series, aside from DNF duel, which doesn't have guest characters).
i don't want fricking MK characters in Tekken or SF, or any other guest character for that matter. I like Tekken and SF because of it's own original characters, i thought we all did, but it feels everyone is constantly only asking for some other random crap.
Well, it's more just dealing with the reality of the situation. A few guests here and there are fine and it's good for the games longevity if the guests are mega popular which is good for the players. Guests were always welcomed in fighting games. Just look at Soulcaliburs history who really pioneered it. It's just MK went overboard and added 6 in the space of two packs.

If you're in any way really a fighting game fan you should be able to realize how MASSIVE a crossover with MK would be for either game, given MK is just as iconic and more popular with the casual fans. Besides, if they pick the right character to fit the game I dont see a problem. All im getting from this comment is you don't like MK but like the other two. Guest characters are crucial to these games as well, you don't have to like it but it's true. The fact is fighting games are far less popular than other games, guests bring in new people, simple as that. It's the same reason every CoD and Fortnite has crossovers.

Every guest character could have been an hype original character which could have been a mainstay for the series. Guest character pretty much never return in subsequent entries, and often also mean that the people who played soulcalibur 2 for link for example, had no reason to play any game after it.
Also, didn't most of us start playing fighting games cause we were interested in these cool original characters, since when started people talking like guest characters are the only way to get casual people into any given series?
Even if guests are welcomed by most of the FGC, me personally, i'm completely sick of it. If a series needs to bring in a bunch of 3rd party characters to be successful, id rather it just die off. Like, just make your own OG characters cooler man, if you can't do that, then maybe you just suck at making games. Rather it just stops at a high point, then become a weird hybrid zombie version of itself with all of it's aesthetic and designs changed to appeal to some nebulous "casual audience". for example I already dislike how much omni man, homelander & peacemaker clash with M1K chinese martial arts-esque aesthetic. Just cause it means casual people might buy it, doesn't mean i have to like it. Casuals also like Nicki Minaj, but i don't want a fricking skin of her in a CoD game.

For Street Fighter, I don’t want fire characters so Liu Kang, Shang Tsung, Scorpion are no nos (for me personally). The game has an over abundance of those if you ask me. I think Sub Zero. SF doesn’t really have dedicated ice characters aside from Kolin who’s not in SF6 and she was only playable once. And Gill is a mix of both he’s also not in SF6. So Sub Zero in SF6 imo.

dragon's dogma 2 is broken via update as it keeps going into black,so far there's no fixes as this is on PC while for consoles are not,PC needs more testing for startup and still on blank screen,it wasted 6 hours of my time doing a workaround for it,this week i played dd2 and the next day it refused to play and remained in blank screen,for pc users avoid it till they fix it,or just ignore the DD games as they're problematic including the RE/reach for the moon engine graphics.

But for the sake of argument, let's say Capcom is still feeling charitable. The alternative would be to put in certain Darkstalkers characters since they have a history of being in ultraviolent imagery. Jedah, Zombie (Raptor/Zabel), and Donovan Baine would be perfect in a game like Mortal Kombat.

its a bit of wishcasting, but not a bad idea. I don't think we're seeing MK characters in tekken before we see VF characters in there.
They just need to give up on the fighting game genre. WB expects them to do numbers that fighting games can't sustain. That combined with their lack of attention to detail and balance means they could make more money doing another genre. They spend so much effort on story and worldbuilding, why not make just make another game like MK Shaolin Monks or other beat em up or platinum-style games? It allows everyone to just get what everyone likes the most about MK without having to worry about all the intricacies and polish that a fighting game needs.
If they want to stay in the genre and thrive, they'd need another publisher that knows fighting games and just reset everything from the ground up. MK characters are amazing, but the mechanics are fundamentally broken. Without fatalities, the game would've died a long time ago.

Bamco on the other hand is willing to do literally anything if they think it will be financially lucrative, so chucking an MK character in T8 wouldn’t be too surprising.

@ they did, but that’s something that has already happened before. SF and SNK have collaborated in entire releases, and they make sense because of how similar the characters background is (2D planes, sprites, design, etc.).
I’ll try to give an example here: 2B gets thrown into seemingly everything right now, she was even in Soul Calibur VI. That character fits the mold of a game like that, not perfectly, but enough. She’s in GBFantasy. She’s represented in Stellar Blade. She’s in Nikke: Goddess of Victory. All good. Then she’s also randomly (and terribly) represented in R6Siege? I don’t know anyone that was excited for that.
Putting Scorpion in SF or Tekken is not something I think anyone really cares about enough for it to save MK’s reputation. It’s just more Fortnite-ification of the gaming space, and I’m not sure anyone really wants that. I could be wrong though, but as someone who swore off MK after the absolute disaster that was MK1, I admittedly am apathetic to it now, which is the opposite of love really.
I don't see it happening, nor do I care for it. Would rather the dev teams get their games balance under control and monetization (Tekken sorting out the battle/character pass, Streer Fighter getting costumes) to a point that would make the player base happy. Then give em the guests.
I think either Wesker, Johnny cage, or liu kang would for better than scorpion but that’s just my opinion.

Now Mortal Kombat is already dead to me as someone who has been a fan since I was first able to even remember anything as a child, but I am not letting my angry consumer bias slip in when I say this:

And by that I mean don't build up hype that will inevitably lead to disappointment. WB has pretty much given up on MK and are having to gut assets right now with Netherrealm looking like it's lined up for the chopping block. We'll probably see MK again, but when we do it will likely be with a different publisher and a radically different direction. As for MK1, even if SF6 or Tekken were open to cameo characters, it would be happening at a time where half the community is beginning to despise how cameos are taking up roster spaces that could be reserved for mainstay characters and we're seeing that in all three communities whether we are talking MK, SF or Tekken.
Not to mention, most people would probably see it as marketing for MK1 and many have already had their positions on the game set in stone. MK1 is a game I can confidently say won't bring me back and I am not open to it either; they have already spit in my face as a lifelong fan and they're going to have to suffer through the consequences of their actions for a while before I am open to buying anymore of their games.
If Tekken and Street Fighter have any sort of crossover with MK1, I would like for it to be with a different game and not this one. I'm not opposed to the idea, just when it would be happening. In this case, not right now.

It'll never happen and it wouldn't work. Some characters have been designed with holes specifically to be covered by a Kameo. They'd need to rebalance the entire game.

I play Tekken 7 and Street fighter 5 and encourage others to do the same. If you want developers to see that people miss the old games when MK, Tekken, and SF were competitive and great, play the old games and leave trash MK1, T8, and SF6 alone.

NRS is the responsible of all creative decisions. WB rushed MK1's release date and it got published unfinished, but if that would be all today there would be no issues with the game. However the game sux, and allways will due to NRS bad choices that can't be fixed without remaking the entire game.
