*WORST EXPERIENCE WITH CHANGAN MOTORS*!!
*One month ago my car met with an accident in which the bumper ,headlight and logo were damaged*
*Today it's been a month since the car was parked at Master Changan Motors and no action is being taken.*
*Being told that we don't have car parts available which includes my headlight and logo and when I talk to them on the call these people act abrupt and I am very disappointed with their attitude I also contacted to main master changhan motors so their CR department had a very rude attitude
*Their staff is discrediting their company with their bitter attitudes. I request all my friends to think twice before buying a Changan car so you don't have to go through the same problems that I've been going through and I've learned the lesson that I'll sell this car at the first opportunity.*The question this that why are you manufacturing a car when you dont have the car parts?

Try the online feedback forum they usually respond within 48 hours. I suppose your query has not been forwarded. This has happened with me before. I don't know what you mean by Changan car when you don't exclusively mention Alsvin but I had a failing water pump which I claimed under warranty. The part was delivered after 1 month. Primarily because the actual problem never reached the head quarter because of mismanagement. I requested an immediate action on their forum and they responded to me. I hope it helps

I think from 1000 - 2000cc and 2000cc above is 2% & 3% respectively. As .02% is too less of an amount.
For example if the car falls below or upto 2000cc and it's value is 1cr then with 2%, the registration fee will be 2lac.
But with .02%, it's Rs2000.
This is what I was thinking, how is this justified that someone buys 999cc and pays 20,000 rupees and other person buys a crore worth of car under 2000cc and pays only 2,000 rupees?

Yeah if 0.2%, then registration tax on Civic of 7500K is 15000 only, which is lower than 20k of 1000 cc cars.
Exactly what I was thinking even 0.2% of an 80lac vehicle comes to 16,000 rs which is less than someone who's buying a 600cc car

Yearly token tax for a 1.3L corolla 2020 is now Rupees 7055 for filer. A 100% increase from Rupees 3500.
They have changed it to a value based taxation system from the CC engine size slab
Paid 1300
2017 City Filer Tax, 5449 this year, last year 3500 same
Vehicle Tax = 3054
Income Tax = 2500
Professional Tax = 200
Rebate = 305
Gov Platform Fee = 15
Grand Total = 5449 Tax
Dear Sir, Its requested to make correction with regards to rate for registration. For example, I am buying a car Suzuki Swift worth Rs. 4,719,000. Its above 1000cc. As you said registration fee is 0.02%. Now lets calculate registration fee, =0.02/100x4,719,000 = Rs. 943.8. which is impossible. Registration of car with less than 1000cc costs Rs. 20,000 then how its possible that registration above 1000cc costs just 943.8. However, it should be 2%.
Lets calculate again.
=2/100x4,719,000= Rs. 94,380.
Its just a submission, pls.
2% = 2/100 means 0.02 times the value of car.
0.02% = 0.02/100 means 0.0002 times the value of car.

Registration fee is 2%, 3% of invoice value and token tax is 0.2%,0.3%. Ye chez pakwheels samait kafi saray channels ko samjh nahi aa rahi. CC wise token is still in place for older vehicles because their invoice price is very low. They will charge which ever is higher (Invoice or CC).

I agree with your point, I have a 2007 model 1490cc car, it was 6K before, this year, and according to last year's tax, it should have come down to around 5K, but it did not.

Few days ago u were with the guy who got his name plate of the car in 10 million rupees. Did you raise your voice and asked those industrialist big shots, how much tax they give per annum?
As per pakwheels explanation registration fee for 1000cc car is 20,000/- and registration fee for cars upto 2000cc is less 0.02% which is lesser fee than 20,000/-. For example if a car is worthed Rs.10 million then its registration fee would be Rs.2000 only. 10,000,000 x 0.02% = 2000. Is lehaz sy to tax kam hua hai....1800cc corolla ka token tax 5000 rupay tha pichly saal. New formula k mutabiq to token tax 2000 ho jy ga...
Don't say it 0.02 or 0.03 percent. It is 2 or 3 percent

Want to ask to correct the 2% vs 0.02 % said number of times in ur Tax Nama. As 0.02 is in other words 2%
It's same but if you say 0.02 % it makes too low. e.g. 2 % of 100,000 is 2,000
And 0.02% is just 20 Rs.

You should multiply the cars price either with .02 or .03
And if you do so that is the registration cost which is 2 or 3%.
