There is such a thing as a Grande Jury that hears and votes on which cases go to trial. Body cams on the second they exit the cruiser, fail to do so means immediate dismissal. There are more he-man cops out there than good ones.
The problem is the screening process for new police officers is apparently crap. Do they even give them psych tests? I figure some extreme rioters were just waiting for something to happen so they could take out there anger and aggression. It is sad though honestly if even one life is mistreated or lost because of the actions of a man that is supposed to fight for us all. Carrying a badge and a gun doesn't make you a man. I'm confused about one thing if you're sitting there recording what these cops did why didn't anyone push them cops off of him?
