This is one of my husbands favorite meals breaded flounder I make it the exact same way but next time I’m going to try and marinate the fish overnight We just had breaded flounder the other night and I always serve it with spaghetti and a little sauce

Put fried food on a wire rack to drain the oil...the food will stay crispy.
