wow. i first listened to this in 2019 in BuzzFeed's video and since then, this has been my comfort song. to me, it's like a warm, comforting hug on a cold night. everytime i listen to this, i'm transported back to 2019 and get reminded of middle school. good ol' days.
The dancers are electrifying and so real, their love of performing radiates the moment the song begins. The imperfect dance moves makes it all the more enjoyable and the old barn/theater entertainment venue makes you ache to be there with them during a live performance.
As someone who listened to this song on repeat for months when it first premiered on Rolling Stone then listened to the album version on repeat, having a video to go along with what I have been listening to almost religiously is amazing. This song is so -- for lack of a better word -- happy and the music video is nothing less. It honestly couldn't be better. Wow!

It's not just the opening dancer's smile that is beautiful but just the way she and all the dancers are moving so happily and gracefully. I love this video. You really feel their warmth through the screen.

This song reminds me of the few good moments I had during quarantine. I remember driving through the woods on a warm summer afternoon and having this play through my headphones. Also during one of my visits to my past therapist, during this time, we were listening to the song and she told me she was actually friends with one of the lead singers. Even though quarantine was hard for me and a lot of people I still have good memories from this time even if it wasn't great.

This farm was built in 1886. The richness of the land and the vegetation it produced carries a history no one knows, but Amy saved that farm from destruction and stopped huge apartment/housing construction from going up there. I believe I may have found a band to fill the void while waiting for the next Fleet Foxes album. Really well-made song, and the video is fabulous. There are several absolutely fascinating things about this video: Firstly the fabulous dancing going on is that these 40 kids are dancing to completely different music. It's rather similar to the sync between the film "The Wizard of Oz" and Pink Floyd's album "The Dark Side of the Moon". They're dancing to a medley of hair metal songs from "Rock of Ages". Secondly, the camera work is outstanding, as this is a single take. I'm guessing that the camera is on a track, mounted to the ceiling (?). Anyway, this is, without a doubt, one of my absolutely favourite music videos, and I really dig the song -- beautifully crafted.
