Using D250 for past 3 years... 42000 kms completed. Here is my take... I don't fill petrol for 500 600. I always prefer full tank to avoid any confusion and petrol pump scams. Since the bike has 13 ltr tank I use 10 ltrs for riding and 3 ltrs as reserve.
Riding speed between 60 - 70 gives me a milege of 32 33 in pune city and 37 38 on highway
Between 70 to 80 gives me a mileage of 30 to 32 in city and 35 on highway...
Service ur bike on time and do clean and lube the chain in every 500 kms. Used a fixed petrol pump where the petrol quality is good..
