I have always wanted to make a Sara Lance video and the first round of Sil's WLW contest seemed like the perfect opportunity. One day I will make a complete character study for Sara or at least make another one the focuses on other aspects of her character but as we had some limitation in the contest, this is what it ended up being. I do hope you enjoy it, though.
I don't particularly excel in these kind of videos but I do enjoy making them and editing Sara has been an honor. So with this video I also want to thank Caity Lotz from the bottom of my heart for the incredible portrayal of her character.

Ooh, i liked this a lot. Nicely done by showing the growth of her. Really loved that transition/quote/change of mood/drop of music part at around @2:11. That's the stuff that I really enjoy.

Sara Lance is an amazing character and most of it is because of Caity Lotz.
No matter what the writers do, Caity continues to put humanity in her character, humor and strength that probably is not even in the script and thus continues to portray her as an amazing hero.
I think the best of Sara's character was in Arrow season 2 but then they killer her without allowing the character to continue her arc.
Legends rebooted her a little and repeated some of her Arrow arcs, but then she peaked in Legends s2. Too bad that after that they kind of started to ignore her personal stories and development. Last seasons it seems she is even losing the title of a captain, and still calling herself an assassin.
But the way you made the video is amazing, very good job. Sara has many layers that sometimes watching Legends I forget about it, because they just show one side of her these days.

The writers don't care about Sara's character at all. After season 3 she became one dimensional bad ass that has no path and development anymore. She just snaps necks, kiss girls and that's it. Her whole arc of becoming a great hero and captain is done better in the crossovers than her own show.
