This guy got a back of steel. 😅
What are the pads for? Do they stop the dirt and stuff from getting in the hoof and keeps you from having to clean the hoof?
Is there a specific reason this mare needs pads under her shoes? Great job looks absolutely amazing. I’m from Georgia USA.
All the way for Georgia! Amazing and welcome. She’s an old mare that struggles on rocky / Stoney surfaces.

Respect to you from Russia.
Question.... as someone not a farrier.... how does this help the horse? Why was it used?
Great job! I would be so scared to put the nails in but you did it so smoothly.

Hey! Buddy you doing an outstanding job! I’m a welder and watching your videos makes me relax
I shohld say shod many a horse!!
It sounded like someone turned on a hose lol. What is the epoxy for? I’ve watched a couple shoeing videos and never seen it done like this with the epoxy. Looks super clean.
I‘m from Bavaria and I love horses although I don’t really know a lot about them. I think they‘re just beautiful creatures and I think you‘re doing an incredible job making their shoesies pretty and comfortable again 🤓

I m from Germany.I rode a Shire and now do driving on a horse wagon with a Fjord😊
Hi I live in the UK in Staffordshire and I have 31 years experience xx
Texas, i grew up on a 2,500 acre cattle ranch. I have shoed many a horse in my day. Throwing a shoe in the middle of no where on a cattle drive sucks!!!
Oklahoma, US and have always loved horses but never had one. I love close to our local farrier school, and was curious what was taught
From the Blue Mountains, Aus! My experience with horses is:
1: A horse headbutting the surgery site after major surgery tearing internal stitches and causing enormous pain
2: Getting bitten while just standing nearby chatting with a stablehand.
3: Went on a horse ride on holiday, the horse decided to back us into a tree to scratch its butt, and scratched the crap out of me at the same time.
These events are the totality of my experience with horses. Still think horses are cool though.
I feel so bad for you!
Owch! Horses aren't the most considerate animals that's for sure.
We have 60 Friesian horses and there beautiful but I would never stand behind 1 lol
From Brazil. Nunca andei de cavalo =D
Not only made a puddle for you but even laughs about it
I'm from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and I know so much about horses that I know how to tell them apart from elephants. It's hard, I know, but I'm very smart.
From Canada here. Have some horse experience but not in shoeing love the videos
Canada Active ❤️love
Nice Tattoo 👌 and a very good job!!!!!
Yeah man, been loving the videos, im from buffalo, new york and ive been working with horses about 4 years now. I'm only 16 but this is def a career I'm interested in.
Welcome my friend! I started riding when I was 11 from then on I wanted to become a farrier. Started training when I was 16 and qualify when I was 21. Takes 5 years to train here in the uk 🇬🇧
@@farrierlife I started when I was 11 aswell. Only recently have I started looking into becoming a farrier. I think I'm going to wait until i graduate high school to start. Love the videos :)
@@farrierlife do u get payed well
I think it's awesome that at 16 you're considering career choices. I'm 40 and love my job. If you love what you're doing for a career you'll be so much happier in your adult life.
Hye from malaysia..

Hello from Pueblo, Colorado. USA
Welcome! All the way from Colorado!! Love the US. What going to immigrate when I first qualified!
I'm from Sweden 🇸🇪 and a farrier apprentice 👌
I’m from San Jose, Ca. Shoeing horses is different from shoeing mules. I have been watching Asian videos of mules having their hoofs trimmed. You are so handsome and sexy. You do a wonderful job of shoeing horses. Congratulations 🕊🕊🌹🌹👍👍🙏🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸😇😇❤️❤️🥂🥂🍾🍾
Love your work. From Finland. We have had horses for 8 years now. A warmblood trotter mare for 5 years and now a 4 year old Quarter horse gelding. I am thinking about getting in to shoeing horses, do you have any advice on how or were to start?
I like the frog protection you used; very, nice!.
Michigan... Love how comfortable and relaxed the horse's feel with you.
From northern USA, Minnesota, next to no experience with horses. Enamored with Farrier videos, lately.
You’re very good at what you do.👏
I imagine making these videos is a win-win situation for you. You get income from the video, but more importantly, your customers, and potential customers, can see just how talented you are.
Outstanding work. Thanks.
Hello from USA. Enjoy your videos very much!
Thank you and welcome 🙏
From good ol’ UK here :)
Never seen pads used before - very interesting stuff! Why are they used please? X
I think it's to prevent infection, and also for traction.
@@bridget1138 its to prevent stone bruising on the sole...think of it like gel insoles you put in your footwear if you are on your feet for extended periods of time.
Southern Nevada, in the US Southwest. Classic young girl fascination with horses, (old widow lady of 60 now, lol).
Read all of the classic American fiction The Black Stallion books by Walter Farley. M. Henry's books, Brighty of the Grand Canyon, and all of her books. But really a city girl who only got to ride a couple of times. Got sucked into watching cow hoof trimming, a few weeks ago, and recommendeds lead to you and other farriers. Saw your thumbnail and was intrigued by the pink pads you use. Decided to check you out.
From Romania ...nice job 👍👍👍
Watching this video makes me to scratch my sole (foot) all the time
I think it'll be more comfortable to watch the video if you make it upside down. 😊
From Indonesia,,kamu hebat
Hi I'm Neil from Bombay, we have a couple of horses, but not near about ur kinda skills Or techniques.
😮 handsome dude ☺

Fascinating, thanks for sharing
Plenty physical work when you consider 4 hooves to do, then you’ve got 6 horses to get done by lunch... and again check in 6 weeks for re-fit
Interesting seeing professionals mastering this field and trialling/ adapting new technologies to aim for excellence in technique etc
My father did his own farriering
I had a go in my early teens but I didn’t absorb what’s properly involved
I presently don’t have a horse, but seeing such informative/ educational video content reiterates to me it’s not as dramatic as it seems
I also thoroughly enjoy the coachwright work video’s by Engels equestrian coach and carriage shop in Montana, US
Equestrian life: on the to-do list :-)
Queensland, Australia
Correct this is not the way to do it.. the horse hoofs are naturally strong and durable ..all one needs to do is Use the cow hoof machine and electronic trimmer .
No need of horse shoe
I don't know why, but I really like to look at this work. Although I live in Moscow and I don't see horses :)
From India. I don't have any horses. But I see horse as my spirit animal and would love to have one in future. I like your videos because the efforts you put in your job is next level of awesome. Keep it up.
I am from The Netherlands. I do not have a horse but love watching it.

Such a question: how are you not afraid to cut off (clean ) the horse something is wrong?
I used to feel self-conscious about having a different type of shoelace on one of my boots to the other, but after seeing this video I feel better about it.
From Sarasota Florida……. Great videos..!
Gosh I enjoy watching this… u do such a gudd job of taking care of their hoofs.. it’s awesome!
