After watching various Asian series, this is my favorite... I enjoyed the varying degrees of complexity and simplicity of their relationship. They decided what was important and made it work.

I loved the book and all but gave an unholy scream when I found out who was casted. Entered into the drama having cautious expectations but was rewarded with one greatly written, televised version. The thing I liked about this story above everything else was how realistic it felt. But to see it so well-done on-screen without heavy drama, without unnecessary dragged on plot, and how true to the book it was was a true treat that I haven't had in so long. Really a favorite Cdrama.
Icing on the cake: The chemistry with the whole cast was lovely. And the main lead's? Chef's kiss 🥰
Is the book good? I know the series was excellent. Also is there an English translation?
