Wow, very nice recipe, exactly what i was looking for for. Although i made green beans tempura my way and they turned out delicious. You didn’t pre cook the beans, will they not stay raw from inside? I parboiled them.

They cook really fast so no need to precook 😉🎶

parboiling introduces water that will keep the coating from sticking to the bean pod.

Yes ! Usually egg, sometimes Soda or beer is used in the batter but I always come back to this simple recipe😉.
