After learning the guy who jumped over the flag injured his leg and had to be in crutches I've got to commend him for performing the entire dance number still with that pain

4連覇を狙う世界大会に出る時、Chibiunityは旅費のカンパを求めて、クラウドファンディングをしていました。全く集まりませんでしたが。
彼らは素晴らしい実力を持っているのに、一般人からの知名度がとても低かった。
新潟のテレビ局は彼らを応援するため、独自に作ったドキュメンタリーを何回も放映していました。
残念ながら、クラウドファンディングには反映されなかったけれど。
知名度がその実力にようやく、追いついた。
Chibiunityが今、世界に大きく知られたことを、とても嬉しく思います。

CHIBI UNITYの目指してるダンスは、新しい表現法方と心に響く音楽を使いながら世界中の人々の心の奥に届くようにと願いが込められていると思います。価値観、楽しみ方はそれぞれ違っていいと思いますけど、ダンスの意味など考えずに自分の心で感じる今までと違う感情を楽しんでもらえればと個人的には思っています。この先もこのCHIBI UNITYが新しいダンスの時代を切り開いていって欲しいと大いに期待してます。

The song for the first audition is called "Hometown by Canadian band cleopatrick. The band consists of 2 childhood friends from Cobourg Ontario. Light years away from Japan. It is in the middle of nowhere on the north shore of Lake Ontario.
By far, this is the best act I've seen in this year's Semi-final! Incredible!!!!

Maybe contemporary dance. It's not just a dance, it has a strong story behind it. This group expresses people's worries, pain, anger, and joy through dance.
Normally I don't get moved when I watch dance, but this group's dance moved me.

I can't believe that 1 of the dancers is injured, yet he still danced as though nothing happened! I injured my leg before and literally was stuck in bed for more than a week. Mad respect!

Literally goosebumps multiple times throughout this performance. This is art in motion. Phenomenal. I would pay good money to see a full love show. They better make it through ❤

Terrific performance. The fact that one performer tore a ligament in his knee and kept on going before being taken to hospital gives evidence of the adage: “the show must go on”. Happy to see them make the Finals!
I was rewatching this to see that moment. That guy just kept going as if nothing happened. That's so courageous and brave.
They’re so good! The storyline, the dance analogy to freedom, unity, friendship, fighting through, the breakthrough through the system/machine! The emotion, pure talent, physical dexterity, the physical beauty of it all, with the perfect song choice. I felt like I watched an Oscar winning movie in just a couple minutes with no words. Perfection. Not to mention the Japanese respect and humility.
On a side note, the cameramen did a poor job because they cut off some of the scene (like the running on the backs) and chose poor angles in some parts (instead of a wide angle from the front to show that as the girl ran it trailed red behind as if to be a metaphor for the powerful impact one individual can have), which couldn’t showcase the beauty of the act in its fullness imo

The red cloth morphing into different things - a path, a symbol of resistance… and contrasting boldly with their clothes… amazing.
I think their final performance is the only one without a cloth and perhaps they needed to find a way to add a cloth as a signature of their act.
This was so theatrical and I love how all their dances speak a strong message.
They are the real WINNER for this AGT 2023.. ❤❤❤ This is what we call REAL talent and gifted and GLOBAL performance and shows.!!

Honestly, this is way better than Murmuration I think. Murmation is able to sync up their hands and look stunning at the mechanical aspect of it all. Chibi Unity is able to sync up their entire bodies, and look absolutely breathtaking at the beauty aspect of it all. 1000000/10.

Renegades is my favourite song from ONE OK ROCK, and seeing this group dances to it makes me happy.
