Agreed 💯 my wife was 37 when we started dating now she's 43 we get along just fine. Im 65 and don't have the sex drive i did when i was in my 20's she understands that. I make her know i know shes now in her early 40's and at her sexual peek. So ill do my best but i can't always read her mind but most the time i can. After being in a marriage for 12 years having to accept rejection from the woman i thought i was going to spend the rest of my life with and didn't its refreshing to be with a younger more beautiful woman who never tells me NO. Hi Steve. There are so many alternatives to help the ED situation. I know people that have has prostate cancer and had their prostate removed and are now full blown ED. Most of them use vacuum pumps, injections, pills or even have a penile prosthesis (implant). It doesn’t have to be the end of the world. I’d say those guys should try anything and everything possible. They might be surprised.
If a girl is choosing to be with an older guy then intimacy is the furthest thing from her mind anyway. She just wants to cash. Many girls use Tinder to find younger ones for intimacy. I think a better topic if you can cover it is that if you suffer from ED, how can you get legitimate and reasonably priced medicine there? I've had ED since my 20s. It's not a big deal and sex life is very normal. What is a big deal that even here in the USA it's hard to get medicine from honest manufacturers. I can go to different pharmacies that you have all heard of and get medicine that doesn't work at all. Go to a different place and it works great. I imagine that problem is even worse over there.

Pharmacy can compensate for the effects of age. PDE-5 inhibitors exist for ED. Just don't mix them with nitrates and you are fine. As far as arthritis, NSAIDs exist.
