@@aus2908 No it's not. I been seeing this for 10 years now and back then the on-board engine ran to create the electricity. They were loud as a lawn mower. Would you take a running lawn mower into enemy territory? dumb
Waste of money. Buy electric ATVs instead , much cheaper.
