    Those spreads look amazing! The walnuts and pomegranate molasses remind me of fesenjoon. 👍

      @@TheRecipeHunters exactly.. Does she use her own sourdough or is the saj dough unleavened? Did you get to see how she made all the doughs? (I'm assuming she uses a different dough for the fatayer..)

      Yes we did make the dough with her. She used the same dough for everything including the fatteyer. The dough was made without yeast but allowed to rest for several hours after bing made.

      You can find her at the Souk el Tayeb in Beirut on Saturdays and Wednesdays! Or you can go to Ramliyeh and she'll be there!!
