@@valeriethomas769 She’s not a freeloader and has always worked hard. Started a nail business a year ago and now has over 400 clients. The money is not enough to support her and child so I do what I can, which I certainly wouldn’t do if she didn’t pull her weight

The first house had the fish pond and the most beautiful peaceful garden.
They had a very complicated brief - not shocked none of the houses fit it that well.

maybe they should look in a different area nearby that county instead of in it where there are more annexes available. looking in a place where there aren't any available seemed pointless.

I was thinking exactly the same. All this effort to find a property with independent space for her and her son, and likely in time she'll be moving out anyway. Find something that works well enough. They are lucky to be such a united family I must say.
Father said at the mystery house he wants his daughter to have independence "away" due to she leaves house messy like his grandon does. Whether she lives "anywhere' on their property that is not independence that's dependant on her parents'.
