I am watching and following your tips from your video from a week now. Yes I am a beginner. And I really enjoy the way you make content. TBH it has been just a week so can’t tell with proof that your content is helping my plants or not. But I have a suggestion. In this video at the last you have compared both the methods and I really like that And I think it is helpful for people like me to understand which to decide if you compare at last. Short and sweet video. Enjoyed it as always.

Good question! In plain water there is enough oxygen molecule for the roots to respire
In water saturated soil, 1) microbes are also competiting for oxygen
      2) additionally microbes find moist condition favorable to start attacking plant roots.
Some plant roots are hardy and can sustain against that attack but some can't. So, in conclusion lucky bamboo prefers soil drying out between Waterings

Another method for water propagating succulents is to use bottle caps. (If you drink from water from water bottles) Use a pen to poke holes for the succulents and let them float in a jar with water:) reusing is good:)

All these while I have been buying cactus and succulents (always had a hard luck with succulents except jade) from the nurseries! Now I want to grow cactus from seeds ! Please suggest me :
    1. A good site from where I can order healthy seeds
    2. Can I sow seeds during this time of the year (winter) - PS: I am from Kolkata so we don’t get too harsh winters
    3. For succulents propagation do I need to dip the end of the leaf (the end that was attached to the actual plant) into the soil or just leave it on top of the soil ? In this video, you just kept it lying on the soil rather than dipping the end into the soil . And also, can this be done in winters ? If not then, during what kind of temperatures should I follow this method of propagation . Kindly guide .
