At the end of the day, it was a disappointing season. But there’s still lots of talent in that room at the end of the day. There needs to be some changes. But at the end of the day, I still believe in the core of this team. A really good off-season with a few key moves could really improve the team at the end of the day.

my thesis is that Chycrun does in fact have on more year left on his contract. He mentioned during the interview that he does. He will play for the senators next season. He mentioned that he is uncertain about his future in ottawa beyond next year. In conclusion, Chycrn does have one more year left on his contract with the Senators.
@jasonchristenson1 well I mean if he doesn't want to resign (which he didn't indicate, but said he wants to see what the contract negotiations look like and where they go), then they gotta trade him

They have to blow up that back end and keep Sanderson. Chabot is too soft. He has been more worried about playing offensive instead of defensive.
