Rod, although I look at other times on other creators of content, I never look at yours. In fact I tend to binge watch your videos because they are so entertaining. When I come across a game I want to know more about, (normally from Tom Vasel and The Dice Tower) I come to your channel because I do get the feeling of playing the game and learning the rules. Thank you for taking the time to make this content.
I appreciate the videos being broken into smaller chunks, it’s often difficult to find 20 spare minutes. So yes having the news in one video and the game in another is fine with me.
Keep up the good work, Rodney! I've been following your videos since Mansions of Madness (which we ended up getting by the time episode 18 or 19 rolled around) and I really want to leave a few words of encouragement and thanks. You're doing a good thing here, and more importantly, you're doing it pretty damn well. Thank you!
Nice move with shortening the videos. I've been enjoying the long videos though, but shorter is some times better. Also a nice move announcing the MoM expansion even tough its not news for this particular game. Keep up the great work!!!
splitting the vids up is definitely a good idea. it'll attract more subscribers that way, cus they wont be afraid of your 20 minute vids lol. However, i hope this doesnt mean you'll alternate the videos in regular time, meaning that we have to wait for a discussion vid to come around first before we can look forward to seeing a "next turn" vid. i hope you'll still post the turns normally like you have been, and just put an occasional discussion vid in between them every once in a random while
Yeah, I totally agree with FlexDoRight and you. I mean, I have no trouble with 25 minutes UA-camVids, 'cause I most often try to devour souls and stuff (breakfast, lunch or dinne) while I watch your awesome vids; but something around 10 minutes always feels very comfortable I assume ... I mean, we had very good experiences with Mansions of Madness with that duration per session, right? Looking forward to the next vids. Speaking of ManoMad ... Yeeehaaaawwww!
Just wanted to let you know I ordered the game. Damn, this series is gonna be expensive. :P Nah, just kidding, keep up the good work, I love getting to know new boardgames this way.
Hi Rodney, great news about the Mansions of Madness expansion! Definitely gonna add that to the collection. Damn, there's just too many great boardgames for my paycheck. :P I prefer one longer video myself, as it keeps everything neatly tied together. Also, it means having to open less video's here. (Hm those lazy gamers :P)
Hi Rodney, from my self I don't care if it's 10 , 20 , or 30 minutes as long as i am interest as what the video is about i will watch them anyway an like ''Cartoon80s90s'' say's ( I will not skip the news and corrections part, no matter how long the video ) so continu you're great job the Vid are really appreciate ;)
Hello Rodney, Speaking for myself, I could care less if your videos were an hour long, I would still make the time to watch them. The 20 minute videos usually go by extremely fast anyway, because you make them fun to watch. Also, wouldn't splitting them up actually mean more work for you? I will watch either way, but the lengths of your videos are completely irrelevant to me.
