Thank you again, this got me thru cov, and it is like a meditation for me now. Wish I was young and able to do this walk. it amazes me how it was built..the stones, the hands, the backs...that worked to built so much of Italy...just amazes me. Thank you.
I can’t like this video enough! The scenery is eye popping! Once upon a time I may have been able to walk that, can’t do it now! Thank you for recording your hike and putting on UA-cam for everyone to see! You are made my day! Please keep making these!
Not no, but hell no. I know why they call it the path of the Gods because you're praying to God you don't fall off the cliff. Having said that, it is absolutely stunning and you are braver than I am. I love all your videos. They are perfectly shot, and I admire the way you negotiate the foot traffic. These videos are like crack. I have to have more and I can't stop watching. Recommendations: I like the medieval villages and Eze and St. Paul De Vence on the Cote d'Azur are nice and historic. Keep it up and many thanks!
Hey, well thanks for for that great comment. My plan is to keep posting up videos.... As long as the wife keeps giving me the okay. :) i haven't been to those places you mentioned but will check them out. Thanks for the recommendations and thanks for watching!
Being afraid of heights, there were some moments during this walk that I was screaming NO don't look over the cliff!! I love the sound of you walking, the sounds of nature, of people on your path and every once in while we get to see your shadow. very cool
Hey, that's great to hear. I'm glad you enjoyed the video. There are several more hikes out in that area that I hope to get to at some point. Thanks for watching.
What a fantastic treat. Love, love this! I’m a hiker and haven’t been able to get any great hikes in since COVID-19 . Thank you! Continued safe travels. (Michigan, USA).
I can’t handle it. Just a little mistake will led you down the cliff😢😅. I admire you for filming this video and walkthrough the path. Very courageous and the view is stunning.
NOT in a million years for a Million dollars would I be able to do what this gentleman did! Being and with a compromised sense of balance there is no way I could even try to do this. Almost no safety fence or barrier along most of this walk. Many kudos. They hired the right man to do this!! I don't know what they paid you for doing this, and I am NOT asking, but whatever it was it wasn't near enough!!
Não entendo como alguém negativa um vídeo destes... em um lugar destes... um trabalho destes e ainda de graça para assistirmos. Valeu e obrigado pelo passeio!😉
Thank you for sharing this video🙏 We walked the Path 2 times on our vacation last summer. For me its the most beautiful walk I have ever walked. Seeing this video makes me really feel like walking there again 😍😍😍
You're welcome. Thanks for watching! There are several other hikes in that area I'd like to walk. Did you do any others that might make for a good video?
I love your videos! Thank you! I had a chance to visit some places and it's a pleasure to remember them watching your videos. My kids didn't have the chance to visit them yet and I show them the videos to plan some trips with them. They love them too!
I just bit all my nails off....your walks are the BEST I have seen but this one was truly nail biting stuff and stunningly beautiful at the same time. I cant help wondering how those houses so far up those mountains got their supplies or things they needed.....amazing world we live in! Grazie grazie......!
I greatly enjoyed this video, the scenery is off the chart awesome, and it was great having the sound. Made my 40 minute elliptical workout seem like a breeze.
Wife and I did the trek in 2014 It was worth the effort even though we made wrong turn and over shot Positano by a couple of kilometers and had a long decent and walk back into Positano. We met and interesting elderly gentleman who lived in a cave just off the track, such a hard life. I'd go back to that region around Amalfi in a heart beat, loved the people. The views are just incredible well worth the time, pack a some food and take your time.
I think I may have met that same guy. :) I edited that part out of Part 2 because he stopped me and told me about all the movies he was in...I think. You can see him at 1:18 in part 2.
This is the coolest video ever! Makes my treadmill so much more enjoyable. Love the goats at the end and the lone straggler. Lol that would be me! Thanks for sharing!
Fabulous! As I have a fear of cliffs, I do need my treadmill and your amazing video to see places like this. Thank you so much for all your effort to allow me to go places I would never otherwise see.
I recently went there on a sunny day in December and it was a perfect time to go. There were a few people but not many. I was going to go back and film it in 4K but I think I may have to wait until fall now if I want to miss the crowds. I hope you had a nice time.
ProWalks oh sure. It was my second time walking that path, and the first time was blissfully tranquil. This time, not so much... there is now a coach service that drops walkers off at the Bomerano end, then collects them at the Nocelle end, so it was massively busy on Ascension Day, with massive groups coming down from Naples, stopping to picnic in the middle of the Path. All very good natured, though, and we were offered a salami roll and some grapes.
Pretty Scary just seeing the share drop and you holding your camera walking along ... Held my breath a few times as you went your very brave .... Stunning view's once again ... Thank you
The Gopro changes the perspective just enough so it looks even more extreme. It was a little close at times though. I'm glad you enjoyed the walk. I'd like to go back and film it in 4K....and not in the early morning. Thanks for watching and supporting my channel!
ProWalks Brave man. My initial question was going to ask how you stabilized the camera because I thought that you had a helmet with a mounted camera on it (when I saw your shadow at the beginning of the hike). Saw your shadow a little later, and figured it all out. Beautiful hike though!
It was thrilling and dangerous with some invisible, unusable and beautiful paths. How you were able to do this all the while holding the camera was a feat of herculean effort. Some parts were so dangerous, with the path so narrow, I kept trying to grab your shirt to keep you from going over the edge. I want to see a picture of you Mr. Brave Hiker. It was awesome.
Hi Lula, I think the camera might have increased the danger aspect of it a bit. :) It's not a hike I would take little kids on but it's not too bad. I hiked it again recently and filmed it in 4K this time so hopefully I can get that posted up soon. I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Thanks!! You made my day. I always wanted to walk the "Sentiero degli dei" but for health reasons I gave up. Now, this is a gift, I'll walk at home on my treadmill. Not as beautiful, but it is within my means. I'm so happy!! Greetings from Costa Rica!

Thank you for an awesome video from an awesome walk. Impressive quality, and thank you for not covering the ambient sound with muzak. You certainly don't need a treadmill to enjoy this! I've done the walk years ago and would like to do it again the summer of 2018, but I wasn't sure if these old knees will be able to. This video helped me decide; I WILL do it. Slow TV at it's best. I will watch them all! You asked for suggestions for other walks you could document. Last summer my wife and I walked from Monte Solaro to the lighthouse on Anacapri. An absolutely incredible cliff edge walk that is undocumented on UA-cam as far as I can see. We met nobody. That would make a great video ...
Hey, I'm glad your enjoying the videos and thanks for the recommendation. I actually haven't been out to Capri yet. I'll head out there on the first free sunny day and check things out. When I did the Path of the Gods walk I was walking pretty fast. I probably should have slowed down and captured a little more. I didn't walk down the 1,700 steps to Positano though which is why I was able to do it in an hour. I stopped at Lemon Point in Nocelle. Thanks again for the feedback and support!
I did it two weeks ago, not as scary nor difficult as what i thought. I am 63 years old and only in average fitness level. If anybody like it, do it yourself. If I can do it, most people can do it.
Yeah...although sometimes it worries me when I see young kids...but I suppose they do fine. I hiked it again when it was almost 100° out...and it about did me in. :) I walked really slow on the way back.

The only thing she wasn't sure of was how long it would take. Mervotia stare at the constant rotations; losing himself in their beginning and ending durations. :) "Are you the cause of our problems" a voice said from behind him.
Mervotia without turning, slightly nodded his head in credulity.
He turned around anyway to see what could only be a morning Lord Cleric and a female Archer pointing an arrow at his head. Mervotia with his arms at his sides spoke a trigger word in his head and a tattoo vanished from his right forearm and a red gem appeared in his right palm.
"Don't Shoot" he said to the Archer. Mervotia slowly raised his hands to show they were empty, at the same time he dropped the gem. It shattered as it hit the ground. The room which was fairly quiet...went completely silence.
Mervotia rushed towards the Cleric believing the Caster the greater threat, an arrow shot toward his head, Mervotia caught it in mid-flight then snapped it in two with the same hand.
He reached the surprised Cleric delivering a right then a left... He might as well been hitting a brick wall. Stoneskin he thought, he immediately start too pull his punches; that, and the Cleric didn't put much up for counters, not a brawler he concluded.
Maybe the female Archer was the greater threat...He mentally chuckled.
Through combat maneuvers, he kept the Cleric between him and the Archer, trying not too give her a clear shot untill they were aligned, then Mervotia kicked him into her. They tumble over each other.
