Also a worker at McDonal's recored security camera footage of her doing the pee dance waiting for the restroom and she's threatening to sue McDonalds because of it!

I've worked in hospitality, and a lawsuit for defamation or privacy wouldn't have any legs to stand on because the housekeeper(s) didn't mention Shawty Bae. It would be different if Shawty Bae was being filmed in a state of undress or in a situation where a certain amount of privacy is to be expected, like a gym locker room or a spa/sauna.
I'm not a legal expert, but even the McD's bathroom video was a reach because she was standing outside of the bathroom, in view of a surveillance camera.
However, the housekeeper could potentially get in trouble with their employer, depending on their cellphone policy.
