Hands down one of my favorite moments in this season and one of Chef Andi's best HK moments too.
Technically, Andi just told her to get some fresh air and take a walk but Tiffany chose to go back to the dorm! Which is her final nail in the coffin on the competition.
She was one of the worst contestants in that season

robyn complains that her team are to scared to get meat from the other kitchen but then proceeds to be to scared to tell gordon about it.
What I'm not understanding is that she messed them up herself so why didn't she go get them from the blue team instead of sending someone else to fix her mistake?

They always add a character death arc in the first few episodes. it happens almost every season someone starts dying and they rush them to the hospital.

The fact that Ramsay had the heart to call out the other chefs on Red team to taste Kimmie's nearly amazing dish is just pure satisfaction, Robyn couldn't believe her taste buds until that moment.
That was awesome. You could see her confidence build up right away.

I find it ironic that there are some best moments, when Season 10 mostly had some of the Worst Cast in HK History.
Season 16's Men's team was right up there!

The red team was toxic, but I thought the blue team was absolutely hilarious.
The men being absolutely confused by the screaming women and all the drama is the most realistic thing ever.

To this day, I still don't know what Barbie did to deserve so much hatred from half her team.
Unfortunately, there was no real reason other than the color of her skin. I hate to say that but it has to be true.

There's a good reason for that..... they are.
I don't think Dana was too bad, evidenced in the fact that unbothered and literal queen Christina and her were besties.
Also Dana's hate was always against the OTT drama queens that WERE definitely toxic mean girls, and Barbie who had some very bratty and questionable moments that I think were underplayed to prevent the racist card being played against producers or because the others were so messy there just wasn't enough time for lt. Barbie had one of the worst moments out of all of them when she decided to wake up an entire dorm by stomping after rightfully being called out. And even if not, how juvenile and narcissistic do you need to be as there were just as many people there that hadn't wronged her and would have been impacted by her actions. She was spoiled for me after that and never recovered. Other than that I think you called it, but I also think Dana wasn't quite as mature as Christina and was therefore impacted by the mess that was literally the rest of the cast including Barbie and Robyn. And if you need further proof, even the nastiest messiest mean girls never took issue with Dana or Christina, and we can even see some of what Robyn was trying to pull leaking into the men's team. Being slightly less of a mess than Robyn, Kimmie, and Tiffany didn't make Barbie any less mid, and would dearly love to see how long most of us would last in the toxicity without being impacted.
Don't let Brian's Ramsay impersonation distract you from the fact that Boris did it better

Why is Barbie getting hate from her teammates for telling their boss that Tiffany was doing something wrong. But if she did say something to Tiffany or if she fixed Tiffany’s mistake she’d be lambasted. And it’s not her job to babysit a full on chef while cutting onions
Barbie's wide-eye reaction is always a comedy here in this season and in S17

Guy being honest with his burnt sauce was gutsy but earned respect at least.
The duality between the red and blue team is so evident, because you have likable people like Clemenza, Bryan, Justin, Patrick, even Roshni who switched. On the red side you have vile personalities, like Tiffany, Kimmie, and Robyn who all spearheaded all the arguments in the season

Truthfully tho, Dana should’ve known better not to even ask if kimmie should put meat and fish on the same tray… both were just wrong or not paying attention

Hey guys, fun cooking fact, raw chicken is deadly. Be sure your chicken is cooked all the way if you're not sure it's done.
He believes that if they're trying to work as a head chef, they should be able to tell the done-ness of the meat by sight and touch alone. I personally don't agree with that notion, but I guess I can see where he's coming from
I think the idea is an executive level chef doesn’t necessarily need a thermometer to know if the chicken is done. That’s why he’s always saying “touch it” because the texture will tell you if it’s cooked or not.
One of the early seasons they gave them out. You will see the thermometer in the pocket on their chef jacket occasionally. You also see Heather (season 2 winner) use them occasionally.

Season 10 is easily one of the best, just hella drama and craziness. Some of the most unlikeable contestants ever 😂 But also Chef Christina being introduced

In the UK it is the law that all hot cooked meat MUST be probed and above 70c degrees unless it's a steak cooked rare.
