yes this should have been made more clear,.. that way you had the bonus of seeing a somewhat stretched version of the muscle,..
Why doesn't it have all the actions? I've got on my list that it medially rotates hip and Flexs hip
you are right this animation does not show them all, at this time my model couldn’t do all the actions,.. when I review my videos the rest will be included,.. have a good one

well you are right but as the name suggests one is longer and goes further down,.. there are a lot of muscles that look similar,.. happy nu year!
