Don't know how I haven't seen the Battersea map yet, great recreation. Though I doubt it warps you into the wall if you reverse in the right spot at the top of the climb lol
13:17-13:21 The sequence here from the statement made to seeing Laddo be first infected was hilarious! This is why I don't usually stay around another player during the countdown in an Infection round ha ha 😂
This factory map looks like a great place for kei/kevin racing sonce they can go three wide on those cat walks. I think more kei car tournaments or kevin/tiny car tournaments as a whole on maps like this would be very entertaining. The shipping containers look to have at least three courses built into them. Lots you can do race wise it seems on this map.
hoping to see you and the crew on the new flood escape map made by nobeam. the old flood escape crater has served well, but floodrunner is awaiting you all.
@@breitve i guess, and it's acutally "only" 2GB, but ... I just redownloaded Half Life 2 off Steam, and that's the *same size*. Maybe some optimisation is in order? I dunno if I can justify that much space for a single map, there's a good chance that it won't play nice with my GPU with that much data to load (and then unpack into a form it can use natively), and those things together might make it multiplayer unfriendly. Like, consider that they had a moratorium on using the Stambecco for MP until Alex upgraded his PC (plus a couple other filming crew members at least being given better laptops), because of how much strain the detail of that model placed on everything. Maybe it won't seem so bad in another five years, but that's five years away. How big are the other flood escape type maps?
Has anyone else had trouble with the Kevin mod? I'd blame it on me having been messing about with the files in order to address some intrinsic issues with the dash and assisted clutch settings, but some of it happened even before that... To whit --- 1 - the side skirts and tail lights have gone missing. Like an entire file seems to have vanished, there's still some evidence of it in the "bed" jbeam but the actual stuff needed to make it work are nowhere to be found. Poor guy's running around without the all-important lower body covering and is in danger of losing his lovable femboy credentials. 2 - the front suspension on the 4WDs is kinda glitchy, especially but not exclusively with a heavy load on, and combined with the lack of heavy duty / race options (present for the 2WD), only an LSD up front, and what seems like weak spindles (?) means my front wheels keep violently exploding off the van in certain circumstances, particularly at low speeds... Was amusing the first time but is now very annoying. 3 - probably related to some of the above, Beam occasionally throws a "broken mod" error with the usual loss of control / frozen engine physics side effect. Often with the exploding wheels but also when the CVT (and manual?) clutches overheat... I can fix the second issue with further hacking to copy the 2WD suspension into the 4WD file (maybe), but kind of at a loss for the other two. Bit of a shame because I really like the mod and I'm only messing with it to tweak a couple of things for better driveability and first-person feel. Maybe reinstalling will help but if they're common problems we could be a bit stuck?
OK, backed up my modified files, uninstalled and redownloaded, and the skirt is back... no idea what got nuked or how but at least it's there now. Some small Beam updates happened in Steam in-between so maybe there was a bit of funkiness there? However it hasn't fixed the mod breaking in that weird locked-controls way if the CVT clutch overheats, or the exploding wheels on my Heavy Kevin config... so the mod itself hasn't been updated.
“Don’t need a three way Kevin” 😂
Apparently he kink shames, 🤣
I do...
I now fear potentially running into Kevin /34/

As a Kevin, the failrace crew all having fun driving Kevin’s makes me happy :)
i just bought beamng today (10/07/24) and it's by FAR the best game I've ever played!
Just wait until you find that you've already been modded into it!
So THAT'S how baby Kevins are made...
"ANYONE BUT LADO" LOL I felt that

I love watching these Infected games, they're so much fun, and full of fun crashes too.
Poor Jowo 😂 times two 😂
We need a gaggle of Kevins on Olrosse's gymnastics track for a crew livestream.
A three-way Kevin is always the best Kevin!
I love the dirt 3 map, so nostalgic
Infection is awesome, miss playing Dirt Showdown online with this map.
