You can say NO. You don't have to be taken advantage of to gain momentum. I've seen plenty of "good opportunities" end up being nightmares because I didn't stop to make sure it truly aligned with me and how I want to show up in the world. I recognize that I was just so happy to be asked, that I said yes, until I realized that was doing more harm than help. Standing up for myself in this way has changed so much for me.
