Jimmer isn’t gonna tell us but this is still the shed. He just found a way to fit a house in it.😂
the basement
He's got a sonic screwdriver too... ;P
hes kinda dug a massive hole in the shed and built a house in it
It's bigger on the inside.
no, he bought more sheds and put all the sheds all together to create the house
Now this is progression shed tour to house tour Jimmy's inspiring af
Nah it’s shed to BIG SHED
@@Trex3n20 Shed 2.0!
sure!?
Goodbye Mika Shakkinen, Henlo Nigel Mansion
this kind of stuff is giving me hope for my own struggles with mental health, I'm so proud of Jimmy
Dude gets out from the shed after years battling depression, things finally starting to change...
Takes lots of family memories with him.
Good on you, Jimmer. You deserve this and more. You inspire me.
Although the shed was iconic it is good to see you progressing into life. Go jimmy.😀
shed life
The spare room will be a trophy room soon don't you worry jimmer!!
Quondam his vicimus armis - We were once victorious with these arms.
Wow, google translate failed big time, it spewed out something completely different 😂
his ancestors also did 100% ffb challenges? :o
But now... not so much. XD
Hehe
I can totally see Jimmy kissing his biceps after saying this :D
One of my hobbies: trying to help Jimmy get the life he's always wanted. I feel like a proud uncle, many congrats jimmer, love u
Yes!!
But you're 6...
@@rayhib yeah nah, not really
@@rayhib 7 actually lol
@@HumblePainter 8 actually obviously lol
The shed looks a little bigger than I last saw it
Jimmy...considering where you HAVE been and what you have gone through, anyone who has any complaint about you being so happy about finally owning your own home needs to just shut it.
You, sir are an inspiration to so many who may be experiencing hard times. You are a prime example of the good things that can happen to good people when they don't give up on themselves.
Well done, Jimmy.
What to put on the walls: Stickers. Just like the Shed had. Just everywhere.
get some steering wheels up on the wall, models etc.
Absolutely not, stickers on a wall? bro he isnt 12 years old
@@alexrsmith31 You must think I mean unicorns and flowers. I'm talking car companies and manufacturers and events. Plus...12 year olds got it badass, not being judged for stickers!
SEND JIMMER YOUR STICKERS
Bare minimum of 15 Praga stickers
"I'm still in the process of moving" It never ends. I've been living in this flat for 8 years now, and I still have a corner in one of the rooms, where I just have random boxes of stuff. Also one of the lights is still the just the original paint splattered lightbulb in a socket that was there when I moved in. I did buy a paper cover for it in Ikea though :)
I don’t think that’s normal… can’t be good for your mental health to live in a permanent state of unrest! Get those boxes sorted and you’ll feel like you’re home!
@@jasperfk I mean, some things might need to stay in boxes. And I guess if there is not enough storage for it you might have no choice but to leave in in a corner?
100% get the Nurburgring mat mounted on the wall, either by the dinning table or in the “office”. Lovely house Jimmy, well done mate you deserve it 👍🏼👍🏼
Maybe better in the office, for the much needed sound insulation!
Or in the ceiling of his living room
I thought it'd be cool hanging on the office wall. But the background being black in an already darkish room wouldn't be good. Maybe if he put in a brighter light, along with the mat and various other racing and youtube items...
Things I want
Love how you have a biscuit tin in your family too, never seen anyone else who does. My nan had a biscuit tin from when my dad was a youngen, after she passed there was a friendly bidding war going for it because it had that many memories attached to it. Dad couldn't bare to part so it now sits in our fridge with the same biscuits she put in.
The door under the stairs where jimmy didnt show us is where he keeps the youtube members
we need another tour of the B A S E M E N T
It’s the door that goes into the garage, I though he went through it near the end.
@@ryanvarns2970 there's another door next to the garage door directly below the stairs
Correct. Send food and memes!
I feel like Jimmer needs a cat or any other pet because I can imagine that house becoming lonely for Jimmer.
Dunno If you know but he got a really cute pupper named Bailey
As for how to "Jimmyfie" the office: a requirement is ofcourse a big poster of all memes combined. And if you want to make it feel more yours, get a displaycase or make some shelves on the wall to put the trophies on.
Paint mint, add shelves or display cabinet, start the new stickerbomb mission! Maybe a "Pls No Puntarino" and "it's okay to make mistakes"
Tidy it up, put some stuff on the walls that mean something to like the white board
The word is JIMMIFY. It is actually also a term used for making people do work best suited for a computer.
Growing up I used to move house like every six months, changing schools, losing friends, uprooting and leaving everything behind for a variety of reasons.
Turning 23 in November this year and I've managed to get a stable job teaching, moving in with my girlfriend and beginning our life together. Never once have any of us considered any of your actions disingenuous or in anyway a flex or to show off. Its incredible to see how far you've come in five years - from shed-dwelling 'Sim Racer' to professional racing driver with their home. The mental health aspect of such a negative environment and the inconvienience of being a creative in such environments I can totally relate to.
I think we can all agree that we wish you further success in whatever you aim for Jimmy. Its been great to watch since the tens of thousands of subscribers, and will continue to be into the millions.
All the best mate.
You inspired me to seek out local tracks, and now I've been and actually driven on a track for real after all these years of simming. Thank you.
Nice job, dude
That's so cool!
Dude, same! Even got a Miata :D
The track closest to me has track days but they are awfully expensive... I'm looking for a way to go racing for cheaper but not illegal, lol
First time I took my car and motorcycle on a track was March of 2020. I don't know why I waited this long but damn if it isn't fun as hell!!
Ngl, hearing Aidan Millwards signature music during the lounge section while seeing and listening to Jimmy did weird things to my brain.
Congratz on the big shed Jimmy! Looks very cozy. And as this is sort of the start of a new era, i feel like its the right time to really thank you for everything you shared of yourself and your life on here - no matter if it were happy or sad times or victories or losses - It was quite the ride since i started following in 2017. Gosh, thats been a while... Here's to many more years of Jimmy. 🥳
By the way, your motto reads more or less "we once were victorious with these weapons". So yes, you're more or less spot-on with the meaning.
I find myself having tears of joy in my eyes before I even watch your videos at this point Jimmer. Thoroughly deserved for the most wholesome man on the internet.
"quondam his vicimus armis"- latin for "we were once victorious with these arms".
Hey Jimmy I know you wont likely see this comment now 7 months later. But glad your out of the shed and in your own home. its been a long and sometimes dark road for you to get to where you are brother be proud! I've been following you for a long time. not since the beginning but for atleast the last 4 or 5 years since you have been in that shed. It's like watching a favorite family member getting rewarded for hard work. From becoming a "racing driver" which you are to buying and moving into your own home. I've enjoyed the trip man and look forward to watching you bring home some serious racing hardware in the future. And don't forget to make more of these Vlogs.
Cool house Jimmy, congrats. One thing I noticed during lockdown is that all the F1 journalists and experts have model racecars displayed on shelves behind them. Maybe your sim room needs that as well.
I have a 1/36 RB13 displayed on my shelf
Jimmy needs scale model sheds
Good idea. He had model race cars in the shed.
i hope he put GT3 multipla
I low key cried watching this for you. Youre life has changed so much, and I am glad I can watch it change, and see your excitement for stuff I wouldn't ever see excitement in is heart warming and really humbles myself.
Congratulations on this big step in your life and a lot of success for the future! 🙌
Thank you Jimmy for sharing your journey with us so we can live it as well
Congrats on the house again jimmy! Suggestions for the house and rooms:
- take a day or weekend to put up the YT Play button, white board, and Surtees poster and any other wall art
-find some chairs for the table in the dining room (amazon or ikea?)
-take another weekend and rent a van (idk how that works on the UK) to move everything else out of the shed
--label each item from shed for where in the house you want it to go
-a couch and TV make any room feel much MUCH less empty
I love watching Jimmer’s videos because even though he’s worked incredibly hard for what he’s achieved, his demeanour is one of partial bemusement but mainly optimism, which I find incredibly endearing and entertaining! All the best Jimmy!
And modesty and being down to earth. I love those qualities in Jimmy. A lot of racers are just so full of it but he's better than he admits (at anything) but he won't boast. Just a top bloke
Bro so glad to see you thriving. Looking real healthy bud. Thrilled to see all these doors opening for you. Congrats man!
Lost my Dad recently, hard to think of a way to remember him, your bike paining is excellent.
Big love Jimmer so happy to see you doing well you deserve it.
Just think chat! We paid for all that!
Those boxes look very nice, I'll bring my 3 cats round to break them in for you Jimmer!
cats + boxes = match made in heaven
Heck yea!!!

Jimmy Jimson from Jimsville! Sir - I can’t remember how I first stumbled on your channel, probably soon after I bought my xBox and wheel and hunted UA-cam for sim racing videos. I was instantly hooked on your down to earth persona, and your silly and irreverent style. Later I learned your full story, how you came to live in the shed, and it only made me like you more. Life can suck, and you came through dark times by sharing your passion with the world. Bravo. I’m so happy for your new, very well deserved, adventure. May you new home being you happiness and joy, and PLEASE continue to create bonkers sim-racing content, along with your new REAL racing career! I doubt there is a single viewer of this channel that isn’t smiling from ear to ear for you.
Loving the house, I'd love to see some acoustic foam in the office, could really make the space look and sound cooler.
jimmy you have to be proud of yourself! AUTO SPRINT is a well known respected magazine in italy! that trophy is called "casco d'oro" (golden helmet) and it's a proof of your great effort in your work! CONGRATULATION!!!
Jimmer has moved on from a shed to a house! (Niels please make a V8 racing house like the V8 shed)(please don’t it’s a joke)
Think of the space if we made a V16 house!
But is it really a joke?
BIG OLD HONCCIN DIESEL ENGINE GO BRRRRR
need his house strapped ontop of his cars :D for the "oh god" handling :D
@@cujotwentysix7519 OH GOD
I’ve just been smiling thru this whole video, I’ve been watching the channel since like 60k and just seeing how much it’s grown and how much jimmy seems to have grown is just so like heartwarming and amazing!!! So amazing to see jimmer!!
The big shed
I am so incredibly happy you got out of that shed. I used to think it was a joke, as if it was just your sim room due to space. But to think you actually lived there for five years and kept making great content tells a lot about your character as a person. Well done, mate. You deserve every inch of this home
The shed should be recreated in the virgin room. Like a shrine or something😂
Even if that kind of environment is nostalgic for us, i dont really think that jimmer wants to remember it. Sure we and he had lots of good memories but also bad ones. He even said that this whole house thing is great way to turn new page in his life and put past in the past. So im pretty sure any kind of shed recreation is not coming back, even if i kinda miss his old shed, i think its best to create new "environment" for this channel, at least he has the space for something more creative now :)
Would you recreate your prison cell in your new home when you were released from prison?
@@AMRosa10 just stop it, I’m a longtime viewer and completely understand why from Jimmy’s point of view it wouldn’t be a nice thing to do. It was my point of view and as a viewer, I would love to see it. Doesn’t mean I don’t completely understand why he never would.
I felt like I was visiting an old friend that was proudly showing is castle. Soon you'll feel that there is no better place to be. A big hug from Portugal.
Congrats Jimmer, u definitely deserve it, we surely love u
Thanks for the tour Jimmy. It makes us feel included in your journey. A journey that we're happy to have contributed to in some way. You're a good person and as long as you remain humble and kind to your fans we'll support you. 😁 genuinely delighted for you. You're a good influence even on this man whose almost 16 years older than you.
Edit: a proper introduction to Nigel Mansion 😁
You need a white board in your office that has "It's okay to make mistakes" That is the first thing I think of when ever I watched a stream was that white board with stuff on it! Also a Le Mans poster of the Nissian Le Mans boy.
Thanks for sharing your home with us Jimmy. Been following your journey for years now and I appreciate the heck outta you!
OMG HOUSE TOUR THANK YOU JIMMY
YEAAA BOI
You could make a shelf with scale models of the cars you have raced in (the tractor, the long boy, the indicar, the praga , a minty boy and so many more and get them custom painted like they were in game or in real life.
Super happy for you Jimmy. Have fun in your new big shed!
Bless your mom. She gives u all those gifts and tries her best to show support for your hobbies and interests ❤
Nice, the quirks and features of the big shed.
We need a DougScore
Or a JimmerScore🤔
Doug De Broadbent
I give it 10/10!
Suggestions for ethernet: You can have an electrician come in and put the cabling into the wall. They would take service from your router and install a switch, then run cables from the switch to whatever room(s) you want to have ethernet in. For the office you would probably want them to bring up 4 separate cables, one for each of the two sim PCs, one for your editing PC and a spare for a game console or your laptop. They would install an outlet with the jacks for ethernet in the walls, like a mains outlet. They could even probably route the cables along side the mains so that there is an ethernet port next to the mains outlet.
As for the office, in order to make it your own, make it your own. All of your fans appreciate that you want their input, but if you set up your office by committee, then it will never really be your office. With the shed, what you put on the wall happened organically. You put things up that made you happy, that you liked, loved. That is how it has to be with the office. As you spend a lot of time in there, make sure that what goes on the walls are things that when you look at them, they make you smile and give you happy memories. I would also say that you may want to look through some of your old photography and put up the photographs that you are most proud of. The few photos that you showed were excellent, and they deserve wall space.
And, was that a dog bed by the table? Dogs make everything better...
I love how he's so excited about his house and showing it to us. I feel so proud of him :) congrats and never stop dreaming boi!
There was a shed in the garden and no shed tour.
Happy to see you happy and life treating you well. Enjoy it Jimmer👍👍
Omg love the house jimmer! I wish you great success in your racing
It's a big shed!
Shed 2.0!
watched you in your shed and long hair for years. Sooo happy for you ! You deserve anything nice you get. Love you.
I just love seeing Jimmy happy. He has this deeply thankful spirit wich is so inspiring and quite frankly beautiful. In the past years his attitude has really helped me see everything in a better light and even after a few years I still always automatically smile when I see a new video of his pop up in my notifications. You truly deserve it all mate
I'm watching this, eating a home-made burger, Radio 6 is playing the Starsky&Hutch theme tune, and honestly, life could be a lot worse. So happy for you Jimes.
Woah the house is amazing Jimmy! Congrats on making it :D you need a picture of your family on the wall, like not us, but your mom, (dad?) grandpa. They should watch over you in your office ❤️ I love you man, glad to see you like this.
It’s so cool to see jimmy this happy. You are a real inspiration.
I’m seeing my childhood heroes become people and it just makes me cry 😢 thanks for everything you indirectly did for me and to me jimmy. You are truly inspirational accomplishing you’re dream by never giving up. I’m going to miss the shed but it’s for the best, you deserve all of this. You made me improve as a driver and as a person, made me laugh in happy and sad days and were always there even if you didn’t know it. Thanks for your service Jimmer, hope you the best of luck starting this new chapter in your life.
P.S. One day you’ll look back at that shed and laugh at all the memories and the nice times you had. Please once in a couple of years go back to that shed with a crappy wheel and a crappy setup I don’t care but just drive in a live for an hour in some random game, you will bring back all the ogs.
Now this is an epic character arc. Way to go Jimmy
Jimmy I'd be so excited to have that, don't worry about being too exited I'd be extatic, you've definitely earned it congrats 💯
The virgin room should be mocked up nearly exactly 1:1 to the old shed, and you should stream from it. And you should still complain about how cramped it is😆
Or kids
Ehh the shed is kinda traumatic for Jimmy in a weird way so I think he'd hate that honestly
@@coliimusic wish more people understood this
Congratulations Jimmy. Having been watching your channel for a few years now and having watched through all of your first videos from back in your uni days, seeing where you were at then to where you are now, being open and honest about your mental health, about your passions and inspirations for motorsport (RIP Grandad) and doing what you are doing now, all with infinitely more confidence dude.... You deserve this my man. Thank you for being so entertaining, for sharing your experiences but most of all, for just being yourself the entire time!
So happy for you, Jimmer. You deserve this
I'd turn the empty room into a reading room - throw a bookshelf down, big comfy chair with a light, toss all the pictures/hangers/posters on one wall and make a collage of out it - chill out room!
Rip Shed :(
The house is awesome though mate
Shed 2.0 baby!
I honestly don't know where you go from here, it's pretty surreal seeing this video and having been a member of this channel for so long it's so gratifying to see you doing well in your life and you're smiling an awful lot more which I'm sure makes everyone watching happy as well.
I've never support someone I don't personally know so much and I couldn't think of anyone better to have this community behind you.
Finally I think I speak for an awful lot of people here, stay true to yourself and don't change Jimmy ever keep being you that's what makes people come back time after time 😁
Here's a suggestion for your office: yeet your wall (the part that is visible on stream) full with stickers. That way it gives some shed vibes to you and us as viewers.
You need Shelves / Storages to keep all the bits and pieces out of sight and less maintenance (dust etc clean ups).
Nobody:
Jimmy: I BOUGHT A F*CKING TABLE
You can buy some powerline adapters which lets your router transfer data through your electric sockets, saves you having extra extra extra long unsightly Ethernet cables three quarters across your whole house. Be sure they're fast such as one gigabits per second before you buy them.
As for your room with your exercise bike and two dumbbells, get a pile of aluminium extrusions and build a pull-up frame and practice pull ups (obviously!) and chin ups. Do dips on them too, and do many, many other bodyweight exercises on it. Thats exactly what I done with my spare pieces of aluminium from Sim Labs. That way your fitness training is not limited to just bike, small dumbbells, 100% force feedback wheel, yoga mat and neck harness.
The personality award is probably from Gran Turismo Sport commentary
I still remember your "mental health" video, were you reflected on the year prior and it vibes with me to this day. To see you here makes me happy, so happy for someone I never met. Be well Jimmy and I think i speak for a lot of us here if I say... If you say "thank you" we know you mean it.
Another video. Another reason to stay subbed.
Jimmy, I've only been following you for a few months so I haven't experienced this journey with you from the early days of the shed like many and I can't say that you are where you are now at all because of me. But I just wanted to say I really enjoy this wholesome content and I'm thrilled for you. As far as I can tell, it couldn't happen to a nicer guy.
“Come in, I’ll make you a cup of coffee”
Jimmer about to join GT World Challenge America at this rate…
Hey Jimmy, trust me, it doesn't hurt to have a room that feels like an office or work. Because sometimes it's really needed to just close the door on work. Ironically, I used to work out of a room in my house, but moved so I could have the office in a shed in the garden.
I thought the biscuit tin was gonna be sewing materials 😂😂
Well done mate... well deserved and you're there for a reason. You're an entertaining lad and that's why we follow you!
IMO the virgin room is foreshadowing for a small child eventually. Lil' Jimmer is coming
Thought the same. The house needs a "womans touch" lol , his place looks like mine before i met my wife: just a couch and some chairs, tv and a stereo hifi system lol
Watching you grow as a UA-cam and a racing driver is very cool and very enjoyable, feels like ages since you moved from the shed. Hope you are doing well.
I want that coffee 😂
Advice from me: Hire an IT firm to route network cables through the walls, have ports in every room and maybe have them advice you on your set-up for streaming/storage.
Also don't rush with filling up the place, its nicer to take your time and find things you really like/want for your house.
Enjoy the house and life, you well deserve it!
I don’t think yoga is there to make your bones more bendy jimmy😂
You straight up deserve this more than anyone. You have lived in a hot ass shed for far too long. I am happy and proud of you.
When do we get a tour of that shed in the back yard. Or maybe you brits call it a garden?
4:30 Dan Gurney was one of the most influential people in motorsport history. From winning in F1 with Porsche, to starting CART and thus creating some of the things we like the most about Indycar. In between, he popularized the closed-face helmet.
maybe instead of referring to it as an office, maybe call it the "internal shed"
GG Jimmy! You've worked so hard for it mate and got yourself a fantastic space to live in, there! So so pleased for you! 👏🏼
Cant believe you did a house tour of Jimmy Broadbents house. Total rip off of DriveTribe so unoriginal m8
I spotted your bike saddle looked tilted down, it might be more comfortable having it flat and then moving it closer or further away from your handlebars to get your fitment right. Loving the house tour, so happy for you mate.
The Whiteboard needs to go in the Rig Room!
Seriously, congrats Jimmer, what a pleasure to see your life changing step by step, it's more than deserved. 💪💪
fking deserved mate, i think i can speak for all your fans that you made our lockdown 10x better with your vids and you just deserve a nice place to live. Enjoy
Been watching and following you for years Jimmy - Well Done, you have come a long way mate !
Congratulations Jimmy. Home ownership is one of the most satisfying things. Good to see you out of the shed. I did like the shed though.....and it will be a reminder of how far you have come and what you have went through. Again Congrats!
So happy to be part of this!! Jimmy looking cute af and he just got into his own homeeee so proud as a dad!
the only content on this channel anymore is Jimmer leveling up his life stuff. I'm so proud of him
Proud of ya jimmer. You're an inspiration to many. Very much deserved and I hope the house does you well for many years!
