    Ingredients
    Curd - 250 grams
    Besan - 4 tablespoons
    Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
    Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
    Water - 500 ml
    Ghee - 2 tablespoons
    Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
    Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
    Hing - 1/2 teaspoon
    Cloves - 8
    Cinnamon - 2
    Chopped Kashmiri mirch - 1
    Curry leaves - 15
    Preparation
    In a mixing bowl add curd, besan, ginger garlic paste and mix well. Add water and mix well. Keep aside.
    In a kadhai add ghee, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing, cloves, cinnamon, chopped kashmiri mirch and curry leaves. Mix well. Add the besan batter and cook for 10 minutes with the kadhai covered.
