Nick Drinks had the pleasure of sitting down with Dave Arnold, author of bar staple, Liquid Intelligence, co-owner of Existing Conditions, co-host of Cooking Issues Radio program on Heritage Radio Network and founder of Booker and Dax Lab. I'm a huge fan of his work and the advancements he has done in bartending is second to no one. We spoke about a number of things and he shares his biggest tip for home bartenders.
