It's another tourist season in Cartagena. I am happy for the people who depend on tourism as a source of income. However, it's not my favorite time of year to live in Cartagena. In addition to the crowd, it seems the prices of everything goes up by a substantial amount.

Mojarra is similar to Talipia . Colombians use this name for many similar fish. There are 50 plus species in Mojorra category some are saltwater, brackish & freshwater. Usually found on coastal areas.

Yes, this is the high season. its the last couple of weekends before school starts in colombia. i cant find a reasonable hotel or airbnb.
