Quickly becoming one of my favourite Wind Rose songs. It's a nice break from the intense anger, revenge and fury that the other songs bring to the table, though those are fun too.
I like the different tone, the homesickness, longing, and still a bit of wonder and amazement. The various tones that Wind Rose presents is one of my favourite things about them.
I also like that this is a song you could sing around a campfire in the forest, like Returning Race.
I’m from USA and I’m a huge fan of metal music coming out of Europe. It’s heavy without dropping the f bomb every 5 seconds and makes you happier, love Amaranthe, Sabaton, Epica, Chaoseum.
@@thes.a.s.s.1361 That's pretty much why I listen to power metal. It tells great stories, uses actual instruments instead of beeps and boops, and doesn't use excessive amounts of autotune (touching up or effects are okay, just speaking into the computer is not), and most of the time is wholesome, a great journey or epic battle, rather than whining about that girl or bragging about women, money, and killing people.
Also from the US of A and my choices are Wind Rose, Gloryhammer, Sabaton, and some video game soundtracks (like DMC V)
