The “why are you carrying a sword” scene is still one of my favorites. Everyone has been trying to think of ways around stabbing Landon with the sword but Lizzie just does it!
Love that Lizzie can easily hold the sword but Josie feels actual pain while holding it. Seems like the twin that can handle dark magic better is Lizzie, Josie gets so affected by it everytime she uses it.
And we get the first of many “Hope Andrea Mikaelson” from Lizzie! She gives everyone a nickname but full names Hope all the time 😂.
If I'm not mistaken that was a hunter sword therefore it wouldn't have been created by dark magic. More likely originally created by some type of sacred holy protection magic.
Andrea is Hope’s mother’s real name.

I feel like if when they do merge, their problems would cancel each other out, like jo would have more confidence, and lizzie would be nicer, i think they are both mental, but josie just knows how to handle it better..if they merge, they would complete each other in what they lack

Lizzie remembers Hope yas! And, she was a bit much this ep, major overreaction to MG telling her the truth... but I get why she was worried about her mental stability. Jenny being possessed by the Demon was so great, Jenny was so funny and then so sad, she did a great job in that scene. And, seeing Kai again... oh boy.
Love that we are seeing more of Raf and what he's going through. Raf coming to the school to see Hope was adorable. I also loved the scene where she went to him in the locker room.
Alaric, as shown in this episode, was born in 1976. S1 TVD takes place in 2009. So in S1 TVD, Alaric was 33 years old.
@@BrightStick14 That was an old comment I had copy pasted, so I wonder if i was counting the current year of this airing (2019) instead of where the show was really supposed to be in the timeline. IDK lol.
So Alaric is supposed to be 54 now? Cuz if season 1 and 2 are half seasons as well as seasons 3/4 and season 5 starts their freshmen year of college so that would technically be 2011? In season 7 we know they did a 3 year time jump.
