Love each one of these cards - so soft and delicate. The colors you choose give them a warm feeling. My favorite is the jar with the hearts coming out. Keep bringing us these delightful ideas!
I am working on an animated digital card for all my subs. I will post it on Valentine's Day. These cards are perfect for friends and loved ones who you cannot be with on the day. Beautiful Marena!
Most of your paintings/cards always end up looking soft and delicate. Some of them are sooooo realistic. I really love these three cute paintings, they're really really amazing. Good Job, Renata! :)
I just did all of these and they are amazing! Your instructions are very clear and easy to follow! I look forward to giving them away! Thank you so much!
I love your cards and try to follow your directions however, my paper 140 lb watercolor paper buckles really bad and at times the paper pills. I try not to use too much water but see what you do I think I use less water. And I going over the same areas too much when it’s wet? I find it hard to get the proper color without over brushing...what is your advice? Thank you for your posts, you are so talented and make it look so easy...
If it is buckling too much, tape it to some hard surface. I do have a video here on UA-cam about it that might help: ua-cam.com/video/oaQtTWgdBbY/v-deo.html For the peals, I would advise you not to go over the same spot a lot while the paper is wet. If you are not happy with something leave it to dry and then try to fix it the way you like. If you do go over the same spot a lot while wet fibers in the paper get weaker and tear. Not because of too much water but because of friction. I am not sure what do you mean by not getting the right color without over-brushing. If you mean it is too light, it means you are using too much water with your paints. Either add too much to the palette where you are mixing your paints or you do not consider that there is also water on your paper and when you add pigment it does mix with that water and becomes less saturated. :) Hopefully, that helped. Do let me know how it goes. :)
No, not special, just waterproof. It has to be if you are going to go over it with watercolors. If not, it does not even need to be waterproof. Just use it on dried watercolors.😉
I am sorry to hear that. It is not a real-time tutorial, but meant to give pointers. Maybe give it a go anyway, just pause it while painting. :) Regards

Marena,
What is it you are doing with the sponge over the hearts before adding water to the page?
Sponge?! I don't think I used sponge.
I'm thinking it's when she is erasing some of the pencil marks.
💕💕💕💕💕
I was wondering where you were. :) Hopefully you are ok.
Hi! We were sick. Now it's easier and immediately wanted to take watercolor. Thank you!!!

Another nice video thanks for sharing. I hope You are fine.
Thanks, you too!
May I know what kind of pen it was to outline the hearts? Thx!
I am using Micron Pigma ink pen :)
🤗🤗💕💕💕💕
👍👍👍💕💕💕🇩🇰
:)
Is that a special ink pen or any pen?

Fun. Too much drone chatter.
Oh, there is a new phrase for me to learn. 😁
Goes way to fast! Slow Down
Just too fast to follow

Too fast
I am sorry. :(
