This is one of my favorite songs ever. It sounds weird at the beginning, but kind of otherworldly and ominous, especially that trumpet (?) in the background that makes me think of car horns. Then at 0:52 it changes and sounds really, really good. And when his lyrics start at 2:02, it just gets better - the chorus at 2:37 has stuck with me ever since I heard it: "When faced with black and white, I always want the gray, when you ask for yes or no I have no answer either way..." It's an amazing song of acceptance to end the album, I think. Can't stop listening to it.
I could listen to this song over and over and.......
Greatest song ever. I saw them live at CBGB's in 1989 and this became my favorite song after hearing it there. Love it!
Your so lucky
Wonderful
This band make me cry because their music is just so good.
The off key notes at the beginning just resonant beautifully. A pleasure to my ears and sound quenching for my mind.
insanely good

My Dad died yesterday of covid-19. I'm playing this band as loud as I can today
Much love to you friend
I'm sorry but what does the name of this band have to do with your father's death? 🤔
@@Daniel_Delaynethe band name is “my dad is dead”… I think even a monkey can draw a line between two close dots
