- We head out to one of our favorite dispersed campsites in the High Sierra to enjoy some fall camping with our friends. The weather was pretty moody this weekend, and we woke up to a windstorm the following morning. Luckily, it calmed down just in time for us to enjoy another beautiful evening, a campfire, and some hearty meals cooked in the Dutch oven.

Okay that pancake made me hungry. I was out there with my Bronco this summer and yes it’s wheeling alright. I had two of those raised 4 wheel makeshift ambulances in front of me sounding their sirens on the trail. That was so cool to see Four Wheel Campers make that trail and the lake was practically empty.

Took our FWC Hawk F250 rig there a few months ago. It was amazing. We will definitely be back for some more adventures in the summer next year.
Awesome! We’ve been here a couple of times and our favorite time of year to go is the spring. Couldn’t get there this spring with all the snow, but hope to get back up there for spring next year. It’s so green and beautiful!
