At the moment, I believe Banshee and Xûr are the only sources to get Nez's Whisper. You then need to use Deepsight Harmonizers on those. However, it's been a while since familiarizing myself on this topic so I might be incorrect
There's a smaller node to the upper right of the Grandmaster Nightfall icon that shows the remaining GMs you have yet to complete. However, that node only appears if you have already unlocked the Conqueror seal from a previous season. Since I have the seal and have not gilded it this season, I am able to complete GMs I have not completed yet. One of those for me was Devils' Lair. Hope that helps
