All the love and support we have for $crim, it was only right to do a reaction to his project. This album is really dope to me. He displays different styles and shows he can carry his weight on his own! I'm really proud of his sobriety and staying with us. This is the longest UA-cam video so far. And it was well worth it! Big appreciation for the one take reaction, album might be a little stale but the way I see it is he was right out of rehab during this, im sure he was uncomfortable making a whole new version of himself, he’s stepped into sober life pretty good nowadays, and if he did a part 2 to this album, itd be much different. It has a hell of an importance as a diary of an album tho. Agreed with not loving the flow on most tracks, he really depended on the rhythm and didnt really feel too different throughout a 2 minute song

He stated that was worried to see if he could still make music while being sober. So he had all these beats and decided to release a solo tape to see if he can make music sober. From that to now, he has improved in so many ways. The development is insane.

I enjoyed $crims project for the most part. I’d give it a 6/10 only because of some of the styles I wasn’t rocking with. I respect the hell out of it though. It was like a journal of his life.

Man man man, I feel you on not loving every style and(I'm definitely biased on this album it just hit me at the right time and helped me find peace in several situations, it's been my top Spotify album I think the last 2 if not 3 years it just really hits) and stylistically/content wise I definitely get it's not for everyone
but God damn scrim changed the style of his verses and the beats almost every song on top of not having ruby as a backup I really think this put scrim in just a whole nother light for me personally. I would love a pt2 to this and wouldn't mind some ruby features. But this album really shows scrims growth as a person and an artist, plus put any of his bars on here vs I want to live and die in NO, he blows himself out of the water.

scrim said he produced 200 beats in a year and chose 20 of them for this album. he’s seriously one of the most underrated and hard working producers out there
That’s wild. I really respect this project. He did his thing, and was musically vulnerable with this. Much respect to the homie. The many styles he used up here were CRAZY. $crim is very underrated. Can’t wait to here him produce for more artist. I know it’s coming soon!
@@kinglo757 sadly i don’t know if a second scrim solo album is happening. leaks have been a big issue for the boy$ and recently it just got worse. someone leaked scrims new solo album and scrim said that if the leaks continue to happen that he simply won’t drop music. leaks continued to happen, so he tweeted that he just isn’t gonna drop the second solo album. he could change his mind but who knows. these leakers ruining it for everyone
Had this album on repeat until I liked it but I could relate to scrims relationship/drug problems which made me like it more El guerro had me on demon time chopped n screwed 💀

We all love watching your videos and the energy you bring. $crim had the other prod tag "pull the trigger Budd Dwyer" in the songs along with "You did good $lick" which is one of my favorite alter ego/ alias of $crim. $crims producing you can tell evolved over the years as well showing within this album. It definitely have some skips. I think Scrim was experimenting a lot with this album but it not always hit the mark, but when it does we get some diamonds like Jesus Wept , Nightmare on the Northside or Fight Club
I said in my earlier comment I'm heavily biased for this whole album , but you're not wrong. He could've trimmed it to about 13 songs and still would've been a great album, but I really like the experimentation he did here too, it really feels like every song was polished as much as possible and it shows throughout the entirety of the album. I'm down for a pt. 2

I kinda feel like he knew he coulda done that, but he knows he has fan bases that really like those songs that have him in a different style. The way i see alot of the tracks were hes talking about a girl as him talking to the drugs or at least thats how i took it at the time bcuz i was working on getting sober when he dropped this and those tracks had me feeling the way i felt about the drugs like how ik me and drugs arnt good together but thats all at was thinking about at that time

The devil I know, is about his ex tori who abused him and brainwashed him into thinking his family only loved him for his money and made him stop talking to his family. She Turned him against his own brothers and parents.. A VERY toxic relationship. But yes 90% of the album is about Tori
