4:26 “anna” is short for “animosity”. “ammo” is referencing his weaponry (obviously). the term “we can tango” is another way of saying “we can fight” or “we can handle it”. in this bar, scrim is basically saying “if you want problems, i’ll solve them” by using his aforementioned “ammo”.
