- Hey Hair friends! In Today's video I'm sharing how to wash your hair with braids. Continuing your hair care routine while in your protective style will insure your length retention, thickness and over all health of your hair once it's taken down. In this video, you will see me use a filtered shower head which removes lead, scale, bacteria, fluoride and chlorine from the water! Helping balance moisture, prevent hair loss, dullness breakage and so much more.

Also, I'm using fenugreek and clove water during this wash day. It's too many benefits to not take advantage of having them at my finger tips!
Fenugreek stimulates blood flow to the scalp and nourishes the hair follicles. It also contains flavonoids and saponins. These two have anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal effects inducing hair growth!
I tried drinking fenugreek for 30days to see if I notice a difference but it was going into the holiday season and found it difficult to be consistent. So, I've been using the spay which also includes cloves. We all know how much clove water help my bald spot grow back!!! FYI: I've had these braids in for almost 2 months now! The last video from 9 days ago was pre recorded and uploaded late.

Does your hair get matted at the roots when it’s time for takedown?
Do you ever find that you get lint stuck at the end of your new growth or just that that area is matted? I have this problem sometimes with wearing braids when it’s time to take them out.
Yes, sometimes but I find keeping my hair moisturized while wearing the braids and using olaplex 3 after removing the braids before detangling helps remove the build up. Hopefully I explained that properly! Thank you for watching

I've had it's a 10 leavin for months now under my sink. It has protein in it tho so I've been scared to use it 😩
Oh no, did you try it at all? I'm protein sensitive too but it work beautifully on wash days (once every two weeks). Maybe do a patch test next washday to see how your hair will react to it.
